Great quality but no consistency in the toppings they carry. Bannas will disappear for weeks and when they are swapped in.. no strawberries. Dark Chocolate chips? No milk chocolate chips… you get the idea. I guess my personal preference is some consistency.

Best froyo place yet!!! Amazing favors: peanut butter froyo with peanut butter sauce and mini Reese’s Pieces, Cinnabon froyo with cream cheese icing, and any flavor with chocolate magic she’ll! Does it get any better?! I will be a regular!

Similar to the frozen yogurt competitors they offer frozen yogurt and toppings by the ounce; however what drew me in as a customer was their all you fill in a cup for just $ 3! The store was very clean and organized, and the cashier was friendly. They invited us to try all the flavors and provided as many sample cups as we wished which definitely helped me decide to get even more flavors. The only critsism I have is they do not offer cups of water or even a drinking fountain. If you are chocking or just thirsty you need spend $ 2.00 on a bottle of water, which seems a bit silly. Every other frozen yogurt/ice cream establishment provides at least tap water to the patrons. Overall a positive experience and would visit again with that fantastic deal.

Another Frozen Yogurt chain to make its way into St. Louis. This particular location was near Coopers Hawk in Town and Country Crossing. Actually a very nice location along the manmade lake with plenty of space to stand and eat your yogurt all while watching Swan and Ducks swimming nearby. Compared to other yogurt chains they do have interesting flavors like salty caramel, raspberry, peach, but they also have the standard flavors of cake batter, chocolate and vanilla. Their topping section is a little crowded but looks like a candy store! My favorite though is the magic shell chocolate and nutella. You don’t see these at most other yogurt places. Overall a wonderful setting and location. Okay yogurt flavor and quality. Lots of toppings. But also a little PRICEY.

Best Yogurt Shop in St Louis! The manager is so sweet. She goes out of her way to make sure you are enjoying your experience! She actually takes time to find out where you are from and how we heard about the shop. Needs to be on your food«bucket list», Even if you drive from Illinois like me! Delicious!!! We enjoyed it!

What I like about Menchie’s is the quality and variety especially as a chain business. It has amazing flavors and is aware of its’ consumers allergies, environmental concerns and interest in caloric intake per serving. Several options for toppings and sauces mean several combinations meaning every trip has the potential to different from the last.

I wasn’t aware this shop had opened at Town and Country Crossing and, indeed, that Menchie’s is an international purveyor of froyo, with roughly 500 locations around the globe. It is good to see new tenants popping up in this strip mall. Stopping in today, I was greeted by a bright, clean and, most importantly, cool interior. There is indoor seating aplenty and a couple of tables outside for when the weather cooperates. The store was remarkably uncrowded, but I can see it being a hit with the younger set – near the cash register I noticed a brochure detailing how the space can be used for birthdays or private parties. The flavor selection is comprehensive with what look like some seasonal offerings(watermelon sorbet, etc.). Taster cups allow for ample sampling opportunities before committing to a flavor(or more) to fill one’s bowl. The original tart is solid, not the best I’ve experienced. My favorite flavors were the peanut butter and cake batter. Toppings are kept in enclosed containers and overall the area seems well kept but only time will tell. A cool feature is that waffle cone bowls – choice of plain or chocolate dipped – are available at no additional charge. It would be nice to have more napkins and free water, but other than that, no complaints here. I’m hoping this location remains viable as a neighborhood self-serve fro yo joint.

We made a concerted effort to visit this location on opening day. I have family that lives in the area and I frequent many other businesses in the area. This Menchie’s has the typical froyo shop setup(it is self serve & you pay by the once). The product line includes options like non-fat, low carb, gluten-free, vegan, and kosher options. Same plus as other locations in that the cows they use have not been treated with artificial growth hormones(rBST). Yet unlike other locations, the sauces aren’t all located near each other(they are at opposite sides of the toppings bar). Speaking of toppings, there is a wide array of candies & sweets and then there is a chilled toppings area that boosts over nine different topping like bursting boba, cheesecake pieces, and even chocolate covered strawberries. As for sauces, there are three types of Hersey’s Chocolate(chocolate shell, classic chocolate, milk chocolate fudge); Hersey’s Caramel; Marshmallow Topping; and Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce. This location has two entrances and they are connected by a long hallway. So you can get you sweet treat and then go sit in the adjacent area while steering clear of the heavy incoming traffic fawning over flavors. When we walked in there were no other customers on either side. The Associate at the front didn’t seem phased that customers had entered the store. We’d been to another location so we knew the drill. Another Associate came out and instead of greeting us — we had to listen to them complain about how slow it was and they hoped it wasn’t always going to be like this etc. That didn’t bother me so much — they were young and this was likely their first job. What got me is when the Manager came out. No matter the size of the business, excellent customer service needs to be at the heart of how a business is run if you wish to be successful. It is important to provide good customer service to all types of customers, including potential, new and existing customers. The Manager also didn’t greet us and when she did speak, it was a game of 50 questions. Instead of overwhelming me with all these personal probing questions maybe you should put that same effort into informing me about your product etc. One of the last ones that stood out was: Her — «What brought you out here today» Me — «You opened, we are so excited» Her — «Oh» Her — «So you don’t live out here» Huh, now I’m thinking, is she serious plus her tone was off putting. Then she starts rushing us — it was so odd(or was it) — no one else was there, she should’ve been happy to have paying customers(trust me nothing was free). As we sat and ate, customers that came in after us were not questioned and were greeted enthusiastically. People will always remember if your customer service was really great or terrible and for this to be opening day we weren’t greeted warmly. I’ve been in the area since and when I wanted Menchie’s I drove a few minutes away and went to a friendlier location.

Great flavors, great service, clean interior. I have no complaints… okay, maybe one or two suggestions. Put in a water fountain or provide free tap water. I shouldn’t have to pay for tap water at an ice cream shop. Secondly, a few more tables and chairs outside would be really nice. You have a great patio area, use it.

Although it’s a brand new store, I’ve been to other Menchie’s a lot. I love them already, but this location is my new favorite. Excellent location in a busy plaza with Target and Whole Foods. The manager/owner Maryann has personality plus and her positive energy is contagious. Her staff seems wonderful! I only wish Menchie’s surveyed favorite flavors so that they could potentially have regular banana yogurt every single day.

Today was opening day for Menchie’s in Town & Country, which means The Lou now has three Menchie’s locations. All are owned by different people, but so far, the main difference seems to be the size of the shops. Fenton is quite spacious, while both Creve Coeur and Town & Country are smaller. I was expecting this Menchie’s to share a building with Whole Foods or Target, but it actually is in one of the buildings near Whole Foods that faces Clayton Road. There is a door at the back of the building, but the main entrance faces Clayton Road. Here, you’ll find seven soft-serve machines. Each machine offers two flavors as well as the option to swirl those two flavors together. Of the fourteen flavors offered daily, you can expect to see some selection of the following: Non-fat yogurt Low-fat yogurt Tart yogurt No-sugar-added yogurt Low-carb yogurt Sorbet Menchie’s has a nice topping bar filled with candy, cookie bits, fruit, and a variety of syrups. My absolute favorite topping, rarely seen at other yogurt places, is the hard chocolate shell. Oh, man. I love that stuff. You have a choice of a plain cup or a cup containing a waffle bowl. Though, as you fill your cup, keep in mind you’ll be paying by weight. The price currently is $ 0.49 per ounce. I usually end up between $ 5 and $ 6, but when I have a craving that just won’t stop, I’ve been known to go over $ 7. If the price seems a little steep to you, consider the mySmileage rewards program. Here’s how it works: 1. Earn one smile(i.e., point) for every dollar spent. 2. Register your card to earn 25 bonus smiles. 3. Visit Menchie’s within 7 days of registering your card to earn 10 additional smiles. 4. Receive $ 5 in Menchie’s money for every 50 smiles earned, and receive another $ 5 reward for your birthday. Just remember to register that card! Much like an athlete prepares for a marathon, I prepared myself for today’s opening all week. Sunday I visited the Creve Coeur location, where I reached my umpteenth $ 5 reward. Monday I felt it wouldn’t be right to show up on Town & Country’s opening day with the $ 5 earned at the other two locations, so I got that $ 5 reward out of the way in Fenton. Tuesday I gave myself a day to recuperate from all of the heavy spoon lifting I’d been doing. Wednesday I showed up today in Town & Country, ready to eat my weight in froyo. And it was delicious. I had Red Velvet Royale and Live From NY Cheesecake, topped with chocolate shell, sprinkles, and peanut butter cups. I somehow managed to ring up at an even $ 5, which I believe was a sign from the universe that I didn’t need to count the calories today. — — - So, when you’re shopping at Target or Whole Foods, be sure to treat yourself at Menchie’s. You are a wonderful person, and you deserve it.

I’m still marinating on today’s experience at Menchie’s. Because it was the grand opening and it is a franchise I can’t expect it to be run identical to other locations. I enjoy the flavor selections; the chocolate sorbet, red velvet and samoa were my favs. I didn’t care for any of the tarts which I usually like to tone down some of the sweetness in other flavors. Waffle bowls are a plus(pay for the weight) and their toppings are delish. I appreciate how the whipped cream is scooped instead of in an aerosol can. What I don’t like is the $ 1.25 bottled water gimmick. Clearly they realize water is necessary after consuming all this sweet, sugary frozen yogurt so be nice and offer a swig of damn H2O as a courtesy geeeeeeshhhhh. Excuse the outburst, that really rubbed me wrong when I asked for a cup of water and she told me we don’t give water but we do sell bottles for $ 1.25
