Townsend Pizza

I was visiting my sister and we decided to get pizza for dinner last night. We called and inquired what the white pizza had on it. The woman who answered the phone said it had oil, garlic and diced tomatoes. We did not order it with our order. we decided to order it, so we called back and ordered specifying white pizza and making sure that it had oil, garlic and diced tomatoes which the woman confirmed. My niece and her boyfriend picked up the order and brought it home. The white pizza had cheese on it. No sauce, no oil, no garlic and no diced tomatoes. I called the restaurant and told the same woman that they gave us the wrong pizza. She told me that the white pizza had just cheese on it. She did recall the conversation but said the white pizza only had cheese and that is what we ordered. She was extremely rude. I give this place zero stars for horrible pizza and rude staff. I do not recommend going there.

My gf and her family eat here a lot, so ive started to aswell. I always order the turkey bacon sub. It always comes out really good. Not once has anything been done wrong. Also eat their pizza alot and the meat lovers pizza is also really good. Great food, great prices.

We live in Townsend, MA and had a garage sale recently. We got pizzas delivered to our house from Townsend Pizza. I had a small veggie pizza with mushrooms and my friends had large pizzas with pineapple, bell peppers and onions. The pizzas were amazing! and healthier too! (not greasy) The sauce tasted home-​made, veggies were very fresh too. It might be a shop in a small town, but definitely good pizza!

Townsend Pizza is a clean, well-​kept pizza shop with a very friendly staff. The food is relatively healthy, no fryer so everything’s baked Decent pizza and subs, soups and the home-​made brownies, brownies are good.

We love Townsend Pizza! His homemade soups are amazing (especially the Italian Wedding & Portuguese!) and his brownies are the best, period. Pizza is never greasy and cooked just right so it’s crispy underneath but gooey on top. The fries are wicked good too! Oh and try the chili! And of course his staff is always super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Definitely try this place out!
