Absolutely horrible customer service! Went in for a French fill (simple) & left with pink nails… Was not even asked if I wanted my nails cut down. The clear gel they use for their French turned my nails yellow & blotchy. My nails looked better before I went in there. After asking if he was going to put a light pink over the yellow, his response was «NO get a color» even though I did not want a color. After deciding that’s my only option I picked a light pink nail polish which angered him since I did not get gel. The light pink looked very natural which would’ve looked good with French tips like I wanted! Asked for French tips, was again told NO. Dried my nails & left without tipping. Paid $ 23 for something I didn’t even want. Will NOT be returning.

I love vy, my miracle worker. I am always breaking a nail or stubbing a toe. Vy always takes such great care and has my gel manicure and deluxe pedi with paraffin popping. She even remembers my colors (39, 97 or 41). She is the best! I’ve gone to two others which were good but she is amazing and nice!

They definitely know what they’re doing here. I made an appointment and at most nail salons even though you say you have an appointment, they’ll still make you wait. I was seen within five minutes of being there. Steven did my manicure. He’s a perfectionist. I didn’t leave until it was right. A little on the pricey side but it’s worth it

Had a broken nail and stopped in while in town for business for emergency fix. Thanh did an amazing job. My nails were perfect. By far best manicure I have ever had. This place is pricey, but I thought it was worth it!

Getting a pedicure with Tina. She is very sweet, thorough, and gentle. I would deff come here again. I called about 30 mins ahead and asked to come in and they said i can just stop by.

Terrible manicure. The male manicurist rushed through both my daughters and my manicure so quickly, literally in 15 minutes. He applied the polish very sloppily and within an hour, the polish bubbled up. Within a day, the Polish was wearing off and three days later, I needed another manicure. Terrible job trimming and cutting cuticles. And to add insult to injury, the manicurists are arrogant. I will never go back here again.

I am VERY particular about who does my nails! I recently moved to the area from PA, and have to say — I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and the care that was taken by the staff. I am now a regular, and have ZERO complaints! The color lasts, and the prices are fair for what you receive! A very, very pleasant surprise! I did have to wait, a time or two… but once you are in their care… they really take their time with you, and don’t make you feel rushed, or pushed into something you don’t want. I have been to several salons that are rushed, and pushy (with up selling), and get an attitude when you want basic services. They do NOT act like that at Dulaney Nails! I love it! A+ experience!

Went today for the first time with my best friend after the original nail place we picked had terrible reviews. We both got gel manis and regular polish pedis. The technicians were very nice and did great jobs. Great color selections with their gel polish and regular polish. The place was very clean and everything seemed very sterile, which is important to me. We will be returning.

I went for the first time today. I would only recommend if you like nail polish on your skin and not your nails. The salon is sterile but the technician left my nails bumpy and there were areas of my toe nails with NO polish on them at all, and my skin has polish all around the nails and on the cuticles. The massage was frenetic and not relaxing at all. Unfortunately, I would not go back — how hard is it to paint nails and leave a nice complete finished result? I would give it a C.

I just moved here from FL and I have been to a few nail shops trying to find a great one… I finally found it here!!! Outstanding service and great prices. Clean! They use all sanitized tools. I got the #2 pedicure and a gel manicure. I also didn’t have a wait coming in on a Saturday morning. Parking is easy. My nail techs were Paul and Nina. They are so friendly and sweet. So happy here, I’m positive you’ll love it too!

This is a great nail salon. We will be coming back on a regular basis. My wife and I both got pedicures. Both Lucy and Helen were great. The shop is very clean and sanitary. Prices are reasonable. We highly recommend this nail salon.

This is my new nail spot and I love it there. The salon is modern and the staff are very friendly. They take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously here and they have a vast array of colors and services. I also get my brows waxed there and they always do a great job. I always see Lucy and she’s wonderful.
Parking can sometimes be crazy in the shopping center but it’s worth it!
