Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees & Smoothies

Smoothies are super good. They have awesome Hawaiian décor and a really chill vibe inside and the people who work there are really nice. Food leaves something to be desired, but still worth a visit for a smoothie fix!

Moco coco was perfect

I liked the atmosphere of the coffee shop, and the décor was bright and beachy. When I walked in, the barista was stuck on the phone with what seemed like an overbearing customer, and there was another customer in front of me attempting to order a smoothie. It seemed like the barista might have been feeling a little flustered at being the only person working. I wasn’t in a rush, but if I stopped before work, I’m not sure I would have been able to wait as long as I did that morning.
I got a simple iced coffee, which was okay, but it wasn’t very strong. It did have a nice coconutty undertone which would have paired well with Hazelnut syrup. I wished that there were some kind of liquid sweetener, because regular sugar doesn’t dissolve properly into iced coffee. Maybe they had some behind the counter, but I didn’t ask, because I didn’t want to further overwhelm the barista.
I would give Maui Wowi another chance before writing them off, but my experience was nothing special. I’m thinking hot coffee might be more of a strength for them, so I may return when the weather begins to cool down.

Great little coffee shop! Coffee is fresh and delicious, prices are great, and their smoothies are tasty as well. They have a great loyalty program that lets you leave your card at the store so you don’t lose it (bonus!) and points add up quick. All in all a great spot.

Loved their coffee. Tried their cap., iced, and regular. All fantastic. Their muffins are also to DIE for!!! I had the piña colada one, which I thought would be so bizarre and terrible, but it was FANTASTIC! (I’ve also ha their chocolate chip which was just as good!)
Awesome atmosphere, cool «nick-​nacks» to buy and great excitable and kind servers. 100% recommend.

Love love their coffee! The atmosphere is fun and inviting and the staff are ver friendly. Excellent customer service. Will be coming in here when I am nearby. Would like to hang out and read when sipping some yummy drinks.

I had the Kauai Blend this morning. Dunkin’ Donuts is now in my rear view mirror. This blows it away!

Been here a few times. Love the coffee, dislike the smoothies. Good selection of flavored and regular coffee (Always check the special board). Coco loco mocha! Yummy. It is usually almost empty everytime I have visited this location. The only TV in the place shows a DVD loop of Hawaii and I feel I have seen the whole thing 10 times. A little out of my way to be a regular stop for me but I will be returning.

I just wish they didn’t charge me for a coffee refill, especially since I had stayed inside their café. Maybe I’m just expecting every coffee shop to function like a Starbucks…

Yummy coffee. Relaxing atmosphere. Great place to come hang out with friends, etc.
During the afternoons it is very quite and I would recommend it as a nice place to come and read.
