Good service overall. The waitress was nice the only downside was that the food made my girlfriend sick the very next day.

We came here for our usual Christmas dinner and we were treated like we were eating at the corner Chinese store not paying 100 $ for dinner. We ordered our usual the 2 for 80 meal and our choices then my friend received her soup and next minute later we don’t have wine or my soup and out meal and appetizer came together. When I asked the waitress to take back the meals because we didn’t want them to sit and get hot she said well them came out together the lettuce wraps only take a minute to make. I then asked the manager to rectify the situation which he did by taking out meals back and getting me my soup. Then we waited after hour meal for a while and the waitress brings the bill never offering our included dessert. Then when asked about it she said oh you only get two choices chocolate or vanilla that’s it. I said no you can upgrade if you want and she said no chocolate or vanilla. When I suggested the manager she brought the menu and we got cheesecake. This was the worst meal I have ever had with a pf changs restaurant ever. Next time if I want to argue my way through dinner the golden dragon offers a better option!

I am from Canada and just visitting Towson. I wanted to try P. F Chang for my lunch since this franchise is not available in Canada. I had a lunch wok menu of kung pao shrimp and korean stir fried chicken with the add on of egg soup and a crip salad. I must say everything were just extremly salty. It was too salty to the point I couldnt finish the meal. During my stay I am def. not coming back again. Unfortunately, this restaurant has given me a very negative impression of P. F Chang restaruant and I dont think I will try any other P. F Chang restaurants in the U.S. I suggest going for the foodcourt in the mall until they can reduce the amount of salt in their food.

I used to visit this location pretty often, I enjoyed their food, even though it’s American-Asian fusion, technically not 100% authentic Chinese food but it’s still alright in my book. The waitress is very friendly and attentive. I would visit this location whenever I’m in Bmore.

1 Star is generous. Good service, but the Ginger Chicken Broccoli was horrid. Should have gone to Subway…

I came here on a Saturday with a few friends. We actually were planning to eat at the cheesecake factory but their 40 min wait brought us here. I wasn’t expecting much but was delightfully surprised by the service and quality of food. Veggie Lettuce Wraps — great appetizer! I used a Unilocal check in and got these for free. Great surprise. After looking around the restaurant I saw that these were a popular hit as well. Spicy Crispy Chicken — really good. not too crunchy and comes with white or brown rice(i like that they give you the option) Fried Rice — flavorful and moist. they give you a good portion and it was just as good reheated at home. Curry Tofu Vegetables — these have a strong curry flavor as expected with not a lot of coconut milk to balance. I kind of expected that, but I’d want a complemented dish ordered if I got this(which we did so it worked out). Service — fantastic. everyone was really nice. we asked for more lettuce for our lettuce wraps and they gave them to us no problem. We will definitely come back!!!

I had never been to this location of pf changs. I hadn’t been to one in years. I went there last minute with an old friend from high school before shopping. We ended up sitting at a bar top table and ordering some appetizers and drinks. We absolutely LOVED our bartender. Her name was Jessica. She was very personable and very accommodating. She was knowledgeable and could easily answer all of our questions about all the drinks and food. She was professional and also made us feel welcomed. Loved her! If you end up at the Towson pf changs asks to sit in Jess’s section or if she’s bartending definitely consider getting a drink!

Actually very good meal! Started with good strong Tanqueray martinis– hit the spot! Crab meat wontons were crispy, actually had real crab in them, spicy sweet chili sauce was nice touch. Spicy tuna roll was fine– fresh, but a bit bland. The Korean stir fry chicken was a stand out-not sure it has anything to do with Korean food, but it was good! Tender crispy fried diced white meat chicken in a sweet sauce that had good kick of garlic, salt, chili which kept to from being too cloying. Green beans and pepper strips added nice veggie touch. My wife had Kung Po scallops– the scallops were perfect– tender, sweet, and crispy on outside. Her sauce was also well done– sweet, salty, tiny bit of spice. Nice selection of beers in bottle– no tap???- but the Anchor Steam IPA was nice. Large selection of wine– but wine and Chinese??? Not good pairing! Service was fast and attentive too. You can opt for brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice — quinoa?!? Dunno but go for it health freaks! My son was only one with room for dessert– deep fried bananas — can’t go wrong with that! Overall very tasty meal– not at all bland as I remembered!

Consistently delicious and we have our favorites — crisp honey chicken, bang bang shrimp, Changs spicy chicken. Tried Changs ahi salad — quite good.

Decided to try this place out because a friend told me the lettuce wraps are to die for. I will be returning because of the great service I was given. Our server Madelyn was extremely helpful and sweet and deserves to be recognized for her excellent personable skills.

No complaints. Service was excellent. Food was what you’d expect for PF Chang’s. Restaurant was nice and quiet when we went on a Tuesday night. Fast seating, fast service. Super friendly waiter. All around a great experience.

With pf chang food you should know what to expect. The food is alright but this particular towson location is the most horrible experience I’ve had. My husband and I visited on Friday evening. The server was so unprofessional my husband ran out of his drink and our waiter was not insight he finally showed up after 20 mins and his exact words were«I’m so sorry I’ve been busy as s$&@» I will not be dining here ever again!

Came in for an early lunch on 7⁄4 at 11:12a and we were the 1st people to arrive at the restaurant on this 4th holiday. We were greeted by the hostess and I asked if we were too early. She retorted, «why would you ask that? What do you mean? We open at 11a every day.» I stopped her and noted — «clearly I didn’t know what time you opened.» I’m thinking — why is this woman so adversarial? I’m a customer? Why should she admonish me for my question? W The Food at PF’s was just alright. We won’t ever come back. why not answer the question without schooling me? You should have heard the tone(homely lady with long hair to pulled to one side). We won’t be back. Ever.

Wonderful outdoor patio offered a lovely space to try some new dishes. Orange ginger edamame, shrimp steamed dumplings, walnut prawns with fresh, honeydew melon balls, strawberry-cucumber-limeade. What an awesome place! View from patio during sunset was really lovely. One of the better patio views in Towson.

Came here on Saturday for lunch. The place is almost empty. The waitress is nice and attentive. But I sense that she is a little disappointed that we only ordered from the lunch menu. We got asian salmon and brocolli with beef. The portion size is somewhat small. The salmon may be slightly bland and the the beef is a little too sweet. The soup is too sour. But overall flavor is pretty good.

If I could I would give this location no stars. This was the first and last time I will come this PF Changs located at Towson Mall. My brother and I had an okay meal. The dynamite shrimp was cold and did not have the best presentation as we’ve experienced before. Also, the customer service in general and specifically from our waiter was not great. This definitely was not the best experience at a PF Changs location. After our meal we realized we lost our credit card. When we called the credit card company to cancel the account we found out there was a large amount charged to the card. Obviously a fraud charge when one loses the card. To my surprise when I called PF Changs to check if we forgot it there, the manager said yes! I’m appalled to think that someone from that establishment was the one who took advantage of a customer who forgot their card. Would not recommend this location.

Not a fan of chains… but a visit to Towson University and a need for nourishment forced me to visit P F Changs. We had to put an APB out on our server; but once located she did meet our basic needs. MD temperatures were below freezing… I opted for the Chicken soup, egg rolls and the ginger beer… the soup was surprising well made with a depth of spiciness that I enjoyed along with the nicely made egg rolls(skip the accompanying super sweet sauce). I drained that ginger beer… and appreciated the cute slice of crystallized ginger in my glass. My lunch mates had honey chicken and another chicken dish(we don’t know the name of it because it was not what we ordered!) Good option for Towson University visitors.

This is not my first time at a P.F. Changs, but it is my first time at this location. I came to Towson Mall for some last minute shopping. Upon entering the garage, I spotted the sign for this restaurant. I suggested it to my boyfriend. He had yet eaten at one. It was a little confusing trying to get in(I was convinced there was a mall entered a, but could not find it). The revolving door was smaller than normal, but then again my boyfriend and I insisted on both entering at the same time. The restaurant is beautiful! Dim lighting with candle center pieces. Very romantic. We ordered the meal for two(a four course meal for two persons for $ 40). The food was AMAZING! Our server Alexa was very attentive and made note of my boyfriends allergy to mushrooms. I ordered a bottle of Jam Jar(suggested by Alexa) and it complimented my food choice. I work in a very high traffic casino at a famous chef’s restaurant. I understand the standards of service that a guest should receive. I have to say I was impressed and would definitely return. Also, I noticed a gentleman(who i pressured to be of management) get on his hands and knees to pick up trash under a table. He also«got his hands dirty» and was helping bus tables. This is what I like to see, team work. Ok I’ll hush now, but bravo on your establishment.

Dynamite shrimp and chicken noodle soup as a starter worth it. Main dishes, just try anything!
