I just called to get my elderly mother’s records sent to her new perio, since she has moved across the country. The receptionist first told me that«we don’t send records,» and ‘there was nothing to send.“ I had to remind her that a) the records BELONG to the patient and b) after going to my perio for years, I know HE would have somethng to send to a new dentist. Then she decided there were indeed records that could be sent!?! Also told me that they can’t send anything electronically, only through the mail. Welcome to the 19th century folks. This whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, esp. since Snyder has an office at Oakcrest Retirement and deals so much with seniors. Something did not feel right.

They just moved into Suite 400 [one floor up]. It’s not only very classy & comfortable, but very 2020. digital xrays w/the flat screens in the rooms… all the bells & whistles a dental office needs in 2011. The staff are phenomenal — Dr Snyder couldn’t find a better group of professionals to run his front & back office. If you’re looking for a new dentist — they are in Towson — so easy to get to… Try them out!
