After having a horrible experience at the Tracy Best Buy my husband and I went to this store. There was no wait. Customer service was excellent. The salesperson was excellent. He listened and was helpful. He was able to provide my husband and myself with the phones we wanted, set them up, provide us with accessories and useful information. He was also able to assist us in lowering our bill. All this happened in a fair amount of time. I recommend this Verizon store to anyone who is looking for excellent selection and service. I recommend Verizon if you live in Mountain House I always have a great signal and service. Nickolay is the salesperson who assisted my family.

I HATE dealing with cell phone companies and when we went in here last week, I was already getting ready for a fight. We were upgrading my mother-in-law’s phone and I knew it was going to take forever. However, Daniel(I think I remembered his name correctly) made the process easy and fun! He helped us and carried on a great conversation with my MIL. We left the store feeling good about our purchase and will definitely come back. Keep up the good work guys!

I accidently flushed my ol’ flip phone down the toilet. Went to see Mike at Verizon. He had the patience to help me. He didn’t «oversell», sold me a wonderful iphone. I left very happy and satisfied. Thanks to the staff and Mike. There was one new staff member starting that day from another store. Mike welcomed him while helping me. Great team!

Went in to get a new phone a few weeks ago with the new Verizon Edge plan. I got the Note 4 and love it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The manager made the shopping process easy for me. He was so helpful.

My daughter and I have been here three times for help with cell phones we had bought online as replacement phone for lost ones. They helped us each time no questions asked. When it comes time for a renewal will definitely give them our business.

First, we added a new phone to our line in Feb. The phone we added came with a $ 100.00 credit. The credit would be posted to your account within 2 – 3 billing cycles(mind you they didn’t tell me that, found out later when I questioned why I hadn’t received it yet). So I wanted the 3 cycles, then I was told it had to be 3 full cycles because we added the phone mid cycle. So again waited another billing cycle, still no credit. Then went into the store and started to receive the run around. Had to go in on 4 different occasions to always be told«Yesenia» the manager would take care of it. They even called her multiple times while I was in the store and she stated she would handle. Of course she didn’t. Even the staff in the store said she was difficult to work with. Finally got tired of all the run arounds so I called Verizon directly. Told them the situation(plus they could see all the notes in my account). The called the store and received the same run around and also advised the store was useless. The put the credit through manually right away. Such an easy solution but the store didn’t seem to give a shit. I feel sorry for the workers at that store as they have to deal with Yesenia. She is useless.

I’d leave a zero if I could! Ughhh so where do I start! Well my boyfriend purchased a phone that he wished to return and was told by a rep on the phone he could return it to this store. We get to this location to be greeted by a male rep who asked how he could help. We explained the situation and he said we can’t help you with that since this store is not a 4g wireless store. We informed of the information we were given on the phone, we asked to speak with a supervisor since we didn’t understand why the set back. His response! I’ll get them but they’re going to tell you the same thing! Are you kidding me! Such a rude disrespectful thing since you’re not the supervisor. Let them come over and speak with me! Poor customer service!!! A proper educated response would have been«Sure, ill get my supervisor so they can help with the confusion, I apologize. Give me a second».

I get high off of electronics. The freshly opened boxes waft out the intoxicating scents of molded plastic, the tang of wiring, and the dry warmth of the thick user manual… **Sniff, twitch, shudder… siiiiigh** I MUST smell brand new blinkie, beeping, droiding, app filled, touch screened, automagical doo-hickies. On a regular basis. Or I get cranky. The customer service here understands my needs. They see me and my family in here quite often as we have 3 phones and an air card. This store has some of the best reps I’ve ever seen for Verizon. We’re not talking those mall kiosk phone hawkers that screech at you as you stroll by… these people are serious about getting you the best deal, making sure you have the right phone or equipment, and replacing it when you don’t. Sometimes there is a wait for service, but be patient! They are taking their time… not to waste yours, but to make sure each customer’s needs are met with the best quality. Besides, I love to use that time to discreetly drool over a possible new piece of hand candy… Get insurance on your phone. I did not and it took a swim in my pool… poor Droid 2… they did all they could but in the end it was a lost cause. I had to buy a phone out of pocket, which wasn’t cheap. However, they got me the best deal possible on a replacement. Sometimes their hands are tied regarding such things by corporate guidelines, but they are honest about what they can and cannot do for you, and will do their best, regardless. I will return here whenever I have issues or need a replacement. Now get outta my way… momma needs a fix

I switched to Verizon from another cell phone carrier, that was not the problem, the problem was the cell phone they sent me had a broken display… OK fine. I switched services and ordered a cell phone on-line because I didn’t want to deal with high pressure sales people trying to sell me all of the«options». Now I have to go into a store and deal with a sales person to exchange the phone. Could be an OK experience right? WRONG, I go in and the first thing the sales person does is chastise me for doing business on-line rather than coming into the store. Next she proceeds to try to sell me all the special plans and goodies I declined while on the website, and any little gizmos she can think of from the shelves. I finally got a new phone and got out of there but I think if I have to do that again I’ll just switch carriers on-line again. I hate pushy sales people.
