I never write reviews but this has been bugging me for awhile. I went to rent a storage space– I’ve rented here a few years ago and everything was great. This place sure has gone downhill. The office stinks, the lady behind the desk is no longer the lady who use to be there, and she was rude. My son needed to use the restroom but it was so dirty we left and went to the grocery store. I would never put my belongings here again after what I saw. There are plenty of other storage places in tracy.

I called yesterday to see if they had available what I needed. Joanna was so nice and told me they had sites available. I asked her to hold one for me and I’d be in the office first thing in the morning to fill out the paper work. Showed up at 9:15 and was greeted with friendly smiles. The office staff was great! I’ll be moving our stuff in this week. I look forward to a year of great service. Thanks Tracy Self Storage!

Wonderful service! Excellent office staff and friendly grounds keeper. We reserved the wrong size unit and when we arrived the staff helped us determine the best size for all of our stuff and got us our unit. During the unload the groundskeeper came by to ask if we needed anything and offered us his dolly! They really gave us a great experience, definitely recommend!
