a neighbor recommended this groomer, our 1 year old Havanese Baby almost died. Hope was very matted, from wearing a Sweater. I kept telling the owner «Please, shave Hope, do not pull the mats!» When we picked our Girl up, she looked limp and weak. I asked the owner «You didn’t comb the mats, did You?» the crazy lady kept telling me that I told her to do that. I would NEVER, EVER allow anyone to Abuse a Furry Kid. The next day, Hope was very ill… walking with her tail between her legs, not eating or drinking, her eyes were glassy. We took her to a Vet that Our Boarder recommended, after many Blood tests and xrays, medicines, and expensive labs sent to MSU, the vet bill was $ 500, the grooming was $ 90. the owner is a Crazy redneck, she has no business working on Pets. STAY AWAY!

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed and I could hear a woman yelling and cussing at my dog because he was scared. I’m not saying it’s an easy job to trim my dog’s nails, it’s not. There is no reason to scream and cuss. All of our family dogs will be going elsewhere from now on.
