Elmbrook Golf Course

We enjoyed our round and the other golfers were nice, but they offered no Junior rate which amazed me. Kids under 12 should not have to pay that much.
Course is in decent shape.
We preferred Bay Meadows out of the 2 we played for «fun».

Reasonably priced green fees, a nice clubhouse with bar and grille, and a well-​kept golf course with beautiful Bay views! Elmbrook is a challenging and fun golf course with 4 different tee boxes, rolling hills, undulating elevated greens and tees, numerous sand traps, doglegs and even a pond water hazard. They have a nice driving range, practice greens for chipping and putting and a large outdoor deck/​patio to sit out and enjoy a cold beverage and the nice views. This is the perfect venue to host a golf outing or fund-​raiser, golf league play and special events such as concerts, weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations or a group of family and friends. You won’t be disappointed and the staff is very accommodating and friendly, too. They have a nice selection of merchandise including golf apparel and sportswear. If you are looking for an enjoyable Northern Michigan golf experience without spending an arm and a leg, then Elmbrook is the place for you!

I went here for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. They are very accommodating for big groups. Don’t let that scare you away if you are going with a small group to have a relaxing time. They still make sure everyone is respectful to the other players. Cindy went above and beyond to accommodate our group. After spending only a couple minutes on the phone with her making the reservation. She gave me the confidence to not have to worry about anything with this reservation. It was one less thing to worry about as I was planning the rest of the party. If I were to plan another party or just go with family while vacationing in traverse, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

My boyfriend and I were here last October. It was a chillier day, but we ended up having an amazing time! They gave us a bit of a discount because of the weather, and we grabbed some of their chili to take with us (which was very good, and perfect for the day). The views were very pretty, especially the from the 6^th tee. I’m just a beginner though, so take that for what it is! But everyone was very nice, and if you’re looking for a pleasant way to spend a few hours, definitely come here! We were debating driving an hour plus to another course near the water, and so glad we didn’t! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Traverse City!

I’d give them 2.5 if I could. It’s a public course so what can you expect? There’s no difference between the rough and fairway… But the carts are new and hole six has the best view. Other than that… I doubt I’ll return

pretty easy course, but there are some great views from a few tee boxes. i think #6 tee box has one of the best vistas on a golf course in the TC area. this place is great for outings. i pretty sure they encourage you to drink. I’ve spent many a day here with a beverage in my hand and mulligans galore.
