Korean beef tacos ftw!!! I could just keep eating these things until they put me in a coma. :) and the side tortilla chips are seasoned just enough and very fresh. A must when in Traverse.

The food alone is definitely worth 5 stars. I ordered the Korean beef tacos, which were fantastic – full flavor without much heat. My husband ordered the blackened whitefish tacos and they were cooked to perfection.
The lower rating is for the customer service that was disappointing. As someone who has worked many a summer in the food service industry, I understand the challenges of long days with difficult customers but I also know that a certain level of professionalism should be maintained. My sister-in-law had a question about ordering options the cashier was incredibly rude and literally snatched (much to the shock of people standing in line) from my SIL’a hand. None of this affected the fantastic flavor of the food, but it certainly affected the experience.

This was super cool to experience. They are located in the Little Fleet parking lot that has around 4 other food trucks during the day and into the evening.
They had around 6 items on the menu the night that I stopped in. I ended up with the Korean Beef tacos with a slaw on top (see the pictures) that had to be one of the best tacos I’ve had in a while.
The service was fast as a food truck should be and the price was right (around $ 6). Definitely would recommend checking them out where ever they roam (see what I did there?)
