The terminal is well maintained and clean. They have a family area where kids can climb a small play structure or build things with blocks. Even though the waits are long, it is a very well organized process.

Very clean. Its usualy crowded. They have a lot of international flights usually 15 or more per week. Very easy sign up either email fax or walk in. Just remember to bring in the email if you signed up via email.

Very thankful for this terminal. The people working the front… especially the lady is super nice, helpful and will answer all of your questions like she is getting paid a million dollars to do her job. I just can not get over how great she is!!! We got on a flight to Hawaii during Christmas. We packed subway sandwiches to have for lunch on the flight. My husband and son got to watch an aerial refueling… how cool is that!!! Yes it seems the whole process is so slow, but it is also a perk and a privilege. I say if you have something to complain about then just go buy a commercial ticket instead.

The terminal now closes at 10:00pm. This can be EXTREMELY inconvenient if you land right when they are closing and you have no way to get a rental car. They literally will kick you out in the cold. They also no longer have box lunches. You have to get vending machine food(which was completely empty when we were there). The terminal was pretty clean and very nice with lots of room to spread out.

Very clean, efficient and well staffed. They have a lot of janitors staffed to make sure that the place was cleaned routinely and efficiently. There’s a place for kids to play, a barber shop as well as vending machines for snacks and what not. There’s a family lounge for people with kids so they can relax if their planes were delayed. There’s also an area for special guests who are of Col. ranking or above. It’s fairly large with a lot of gates available. There’s a lot of seating and the screens that displayed the flights are updating after each flight and when new information is granted. The military personnel who ran the front desk and handled the passengers and luggage were always professional and helped you out with whatever needs you could have so you would feel accommodated. The only downside is if you drove here. you had to take your car to space a parking which was quite a walk away but that’s what you sacrifice for free flights.
