Boooo… There today for an occupational drug screen. Walk-in for the most inconvenient hours possible(11 – 12 and 1 – 2). Website is bad, doesn’t really address the labs who or who do not offer drug screens — unless I was reading wrong, but I went to two labs who did not offer screens. Landed in Hamilton. No securing of personal artifacts, lax on flushing toilet and I took in all my personal belongings. There was no blue water, and I didn’t see a sign indicating otherwise. Terrible security protocols. I waited 45 minutes, and there were only 2 people ahead of me. 11⁄25: Received a call from recruiter: The lab tech gave me the wrong blood panel and I have to return to redo the entire process(You can’t make this stuff up.)

If possible I would definitely give it ZERO stars. Took my one year old son there today for a blood test and the staff, a man and a woman(that didn’t even look us in the face) poked him with the needle several times in one arm, never got the blood to come out. My husband that was holding my son had to tell them to try the other arm. After a few more poking they decide to try the other arm and again, lots of poking on that little arm of my baby. I can imagine how hard it must be to take blood of a baby, but they definitely made it even worse. My son had to suffer and got poked by them a lot of times! It was a horrible scene!!! I Don’t recommend this lab to anyone, ever!

Not sure how this is going to go, I’ve been to the labcorp in Lawrence which was all business if not frantic but with friendly staff. Just walked in at Hamilton location because it is closer to today’s dr.‘s office. As we are filling simple patient info sheet I over heard other waiting patients wondering what happened to the staff. 11:05 the office was empty but occasional laughter could be heard from the back room, 11:15 the staff appears and patients start moving quickly. Waiting room is a bit dingy more of an institutional group home look. Some of the staff were detached while others were friendly. All in all the visit was quick and relatively painless but on that point it wasn’t me getting poked :)
