Wouldn’t know how their work is… called twice and they never returned my call. Maybe you’ll have better luck then I did.

Put a roof on with mak roofing… Found a leak in the roof one year later. Called this company repeatedly to fix the problem. They kept giving me the run around and never backed their warranty on the roof. This company in my opinion stinks! Had to hire another roofing co. To fix their mistakes…

MAK had bid on a roof and siding job for us. They are very professional and easy to deal with, I appreciated that they didn’t put the hard sell on us for the job. Their price was very competitive. The roof is complete, they did an excellent job. No problems, even after this weeks torrential rain.
We are expecting the same top-​notch service on the siding, which will be installed soon.
Edit– We have completed our siding job. It came out great, as expected, but I took out a star due to some lack of communication. They weren’t real good about keeping us in the loop as far as progress went, but we got through it. They provide a good quality job at the right price.

We were very pleased with the job M.A.K. did replacing our roof. Paul was easy to communicate with and kept his appointments as promised. The crew was friendly and very thorough. They cleaned up the job site 100%, when they were done you couldn’t tell they had even been here. And, their price beat everyone else’s. Would not hesitate to recommend M.A.K. Construction to anyone.

First of all, these people are all foreign and don’t speak English so well. It’s a little hard to communicate with them. And they ripped me off. I paid them a lot of money to put a roof on my house but the roof leaked after they did it and they said, sorry, we can’t help you with this. Their guy Paul does not return calls. Their prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Please, think twice before calling ths shady outfit.

Marion, thanks for explaining that if someone calls you 5 or 6 times and says «my house didn’t leak before you put on a new roof but after you guys put on a new roof it started to leak, can you please help» and the lady who answers says ok, i’ll tell Paul and and Paul never calls back it’s a MISCOMMUNICATION and it’s the customer who is FRAUDULENT, not the contractor. Sorry if I seem angry put I had to pay a lot of money to have another contractor fix the job you did because I don’t like having the rain come into my bedroom and soak the drywall. The whole experience was a real hassle. And Tim T., could you be a relative of these guys? because apparently if you found them easy to communicate with you must be fluent in Polish.
