Rite Aid

My son has been using the same medication for almost two years, he gets it every single month. Without notice, this Riteaid stopped keeping it in stock. Being that it is considered a narcotic, I can’t pick up the prescription from the doctor until very close to it needing to be filled. And for the last three months I have brought it up to them and they say its not t in stock and usually they say we can have it in by such n such date. That’s not good enough. I stopped getting all but one prescriptions there. Other than the the head Pharmacist Mark, the techs are all clueless. I mean clueless, slow and rude.

The prescription pick up line is always long. And no matter which pharmacy tech is there they are always rude and very unhelpful. If i could give no stars i would

New location, freshness.

This is the closest drug store to my house. Located at the end of a very convenient shopping center for me, with plenty of parking and easy in and out service.
As typical the pharmacy is located in the rear of the store and I have never used it. What I have used this store for is awesome buys and sales on household needs and discounted Halloween candy galore.
They have a great selection in the way of greeting cards and lots of funny ones, you know the kind, where you can insult someone by «being humorous» and get away with it. Cosmetics, over the counter medications, pet food and supplies and baby needs. Their seasonal section is always sold out fast because of their remarkable pricing.
We have a house full of company right now and one forgot their prescription and Rite Aid came to the rescue by calling the Pharmacy they use back home and refilled the prescription.
The store is very old looking, organized and appears clean even though the age cries through. The same friendly folks have been working there for years and the photo counter is never manned, so I have given up standing there and waiting for someone to help me.
They get a lot of traffic from the elderly folks who live in the neighborhood, since they are small and easy access without going out onto the main highways.
I would miss them if they were no longer there.
