Amazing food and a breath of fresh air compared to what else is around. This is my family’s go-to place for healthy lunches. I highly recommend their quinoa salad. The soups a sandwiches are also top-notch. My only negatives are that they only have one location and have short hours.

This was my first time in the store and eating in the café. I tried the Indian breakfast bowl which was deliciously satisfying not only for the quality ingredients but also for the innovative combination of flavors. Their prices are more than reasonable in the café and the store. I found they carry French lentils and a wide variety of organic produce. The store is immaculate and cleverly decorated. The service is smart and personable.

Nice little café tucked into a health foods store. The menu is on the chalk boards and there are printed menus kept by the resister that lists weekly specials. Kind of hard to get to the menus when there’s a crowd. They have daily soups in a crock pot to the right of the register-smelled great. I had the Greek salad and my sister had the green salad with the green goddess dressing. My salad was just okay, but my sisters was very tasty-it had a wonderful goddess dressing and crisp greens with a scoop of lentils. I think we paid $ 30 for 2 salads and we split a veggie sandwich. Not a bad spot if your looking for a fresh salad.

I love this café. The chef knows how to blend flavors in an organic, beautiful way. It’s hands down, my favorite lunch joint. Please try it out!

This is a safe haven for vegens and vegetarians in the Allentown/Breinigsville area. Food is made fresh as you order, soups are very flavorful. Orders can be made gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, or even carnivore friendly. You can eat guilt free and enjoy fresh, local, organic produce! Breakfast bowl is one of my favorites. Their salads are enormous and filling. The girls are very polite and great cooks. Seating is limited, not good for groupsof more than 3 people. Lunch time tends to be busy. Take-out options are available.

My husband and I finally got the chance to eat here. Since, we’ve been buying the bread they sell every week. The restaurant: enjoyed the baked tofu sandwich and onion soup. Did not enjoy the coconut rice pudding because it was very bland. I love the many vegetarian options. Store: a nice variety. Some great prices and some things are too pricey. As I said, we love the baked goods. Service: excellent and friendly

Nestled inside the store, you’ll find this adorable café. Enough seating for about 16 – 20 people(counting the outdoor tables). The food, amazing! I had the autumn trio — hummus, avocado, and something else that i don’t remember now… They replaced the cheese with avocado to make the meal vegan for me. Delicious! My favorite part of the café was the water. Sounds weird, but I drink a lot of water, especially when I am eating, so being able to just go up to the water cooler to refill my glass was awesome. If I lived in the area I would definitely be eating here again!

My daughter and I find this to be our favorite place to «lunch». Everything we have ever ordered is so fresh and tasty! You don’t have to be vegetarian to love the food here. It’s all done well. The seasonal choices are great. If you get there after they close; check the fridge… chances are there is a kitchen sink style salad waiting there for you!

This place is definitely worth checking out. They make their food from fresh high quality ingredients. Everyone is super friendly and they make different soups and salads everyday so there is always something different to try and everything is super yummy. The café is In a health food store so you can also stock up on groceries you need. My only wish is that I learned of this place sooner.

This«café» is a few tables and chairs in a side room off the Healthy Alternatives health food store. The selection is very small but the food is good. Not great, just good. I arrived at 1pm on a Friday and they were out of one of two soups and one of two specials. I ordered two curry specials and two soups to go. Wait time was short. Unfortunately, I was given four containers of soup, so I never got to try the curry. When the food is ready, customers then have to pay for the food at the register of the health food store. The prices are high but at least I know the soup is good.

One of the best organic cafes I’ve ever been too. The homemade soups and salads have amazing flavor. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable on health food. If you are skeptical about eating vegetarian, this café will definitely change your mind. The prices are a little high but because of the quality of the food, it’s well worth it.

I’ve been here so many times to buy groceries and have lunch. I am always satisfied! The café provides fresh, delicious, CLEAN eating!!! You just can’t get better than that. I am a soup eating regular here and I have never had one that I don’t like. Though I love the daily fresh new soups, I have tried many other things they make and I ALWAYS love it! The fact that it is ALSO my favorite place to buy groceries just makes it even better! The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can tell they all actually shop and eat there. One could presume they each have first or second hand experience with the majority of the products.

With my busy schedule, I don’t get to enjoy this amazingly fresh made to order food as much as I would like to. But when I do, I’m very happy and feel great. Supporting a local small business feels good too!

I love to come here for lunch during the week. The menu is small; usually a featured salad, a sandwich and 2 or 3 soups. They also have a take out cooler with a nice variety of sandwiches, sides and deserts. At first I was put off at the thought of paying $ 7 for a bowl of soup, but it’s a huge bowl of the heartiest, most delicious soup you ever ate. It’s a meal unto itself and considering a combo at McD’s will run you just as much except here you don’t have that post-meal«Oh God, I think I’m dying» feeling afterward.

Healthy food. Not a very broad menu. Limited hours too. I wish they offered a wider variety. Might be nice to open Saturday too. But given that there are very few healthy restaurants in the Valley, I will give them three stars.

This health food store owned by a certified nutritionist now features a healthy café, primarily vegan. They are only open during the day but will feature a 3-course vegan meal for $ 10 in honor of Bethlehem’s VegFest. It is so great to know that healthy ethical dining out is becoming easier to find. Welcome Café Santosha!
