Woman’s Care Florida – Williams, Goldman, and Watson

Unfortunately, I have to give this practice zero stars. I was looking for a new doctor and scheduled a visit here based on other online feedback. However, my visit was appalling. When I called this office to schedule, I explained that I wanted an annual checkup and to discuss a concern I was having. At my visit, the nurse informed me that they would not discuss a problem or concern with me at an annual checkup, because «insurance will kick it back.» I would have to schedule a separate visit and return at a later date to fully address my health care needs, even though I fully explained everything upon scheduling. When I questioned this policy, she referred me to a billing specialist, who continued to talk about billing codes instead of my health concerns. I found this impersonal, money-​grab approach to my medical care so scary and offensive that I left without ever seeing a doctor. Someone from the office did call me to follow up. However, she addressed me as «Michelle» (not my name) and continued to talk about billing codes.
Health care is a sensitive, life-​and-​death matter and patients should be treated as individuals. I have never heard of a doctor that would not discuss patient concerns during regular checkups.

After living with huge fibroid tumors for 10 years, Dr Goldman gave me my life back! I highly recommend him and all of his staff!

Alright, lets get something out of the way here. YES, I am reviewing my gynecologist’s office.
I think it is important for a woman to feel comfortable and cared for when going to such an office whether you are pregnant or not. I think it’s safe to say that at some point all of us ladies have had an abnormal pap or some other scary issue.
Dr. Watson makes you feel comfortable in her office. She has a warm smile and as someone who is sensitive to a doctors personality I have to say that she genuinely cares which is why I continue to come back.
As most medical offices operate you cannot always see her, but don’t fret! Her Certified Nurse Midwife Jacqueline Tinny is just as fantastic. They are both thorough, gentle, LISTEN, and are therefore incredibly helpful and awesome.
They have an office in Trinity and Safety Harbor. I have driven to the further location despite it being inconvenient for me because I am happy with both Dr Watson and Jacqueline.
Don’t feel awkward or uncared for elsewhere. This is the last place a woman needs to feel that way.
