Fossil Store

I’ve been coming to this Fossil location for probably 10 years. Fossil is great bang for the buck, they keep up with modern styles, and have quite a few ‘rugged’ looks that I love.
About four years ago I got a wallet from here as my daily user it, it still looks like new. Three years ago there was a different build your own watch system then they have now, and I love it as my daily wearer. I have 5 bands and one face, and can match it with any outfit.
Staff here has always been a treat, that can come and go but training seems consistent. Totally casual, no pushy sales.

I want to give it 5 stars. The manager is awesome! He is fair, reasonable and understanding. If I had a business, I would hire him. So I started off rating them as a 5. Here is what took 2 stars away:
1) I had a horrid experience with a number of watches. By the time I got to the store, I had a litany of watches that needed attention. They always want to ship them off — which is where the real fun begins. Fossil has a third party that fixes their watches. (laugh). They lost our watches, then found them and sent back wrong parts, and sent back our watches (one of which wasn’t ours).
2) the staff is way hit or miss. If Jamie (manager) is there you will be fine. Otherwise, prepare for the worse. Un-​empowered hourly employees. With an attitude.
3) hopefully you either have the receipt and it is within 90 days of purchase, you get above mentioned manager (Jamie), or you have intervention from above. Otherwise you ain’t gettin fixed. And it is $ 32.50 to ship off your junky watch if it has any issue other than the «movement». whatever that means.

FOSSIL is sweet. Rugged, classic American styles for old school people that live in the now. The watch selection is awesome. I can always find a watch I love at Fossil. I used to rock a Fossil watch back in high school, and recently when I felt the urge to go back and look for a watch, I was happily pleased to see that their collection of dressy, trendy, classic, sports, and other various watches were still up to par. To me a watch should look great, work for a long time, be durable, and not cost too much more or less than $ 100. Fossil hits on that philosophy dead on. Other items such as belts, wallets, etc. can also be found here. Craftsmanship, quality and warranties are all up to good standards — they stand by quality products. I highly recommend this store.
For patient bargain hunters — you can look for slightly outdated styles of Fossil products, especially watches (it’s not like anyone can tell that it’s last year’s watch, gimme a break) online at various discount sites like eBay, watch outlets, etc. for cheap. I was impatient and wanted the in-​store guarantee in case I needed any service or warranty work, so I went with the store. My only complaint is that they don’t stock enough belt sizes and styles in store. I can never find the belt I like in my waist size, 38, so they recommend me to buy it off the website.
As a cool freebie, the gals that work here at this Fossil are pretty cute & helpful.
