G&S Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

I just had the WORST experience with them and will never use them again. After explaining a number of times that I had new floors they had to be careful with and Fresh paint on new walls… The employees showed up, looked at the job like they had no idea what to do, They dragged dirty ladder feet on my new white carpet, (which I had to clean) they attempted to lay a small bath towel down on the landing which wasn’t big enough for the ladder and did not cover a fraction of the carpet, they walked in the wet grass with their boot covers and then proceeded to track water and dirt onto the new wood floors, they couldn’t handle the large ladder and it was inches away from smashing a wall light fixture, then they hit my fence with the ladder trying to get it out of the house,.I had them stop and leave the job. Way to risky. The best part is the owner called me to discuss the problems and told me I had to still pay him $ 120.00 for their time. However both my neighbor and I know they were here barely 20 minutes the owner insisted it was an hour. He was argumentative and had no customer service skills at all. If your house is dump then its probably ok to use them but if you value your property I would find another window service immediately.

I have an old aluminum sided house that was extremely grungy and dirty. They came out & cleaned all the grime off the aluminum & the green of the shady side of the garage.
Made my house look so much better. Worth the money.

Promptly sent staff out for estimate and prices were fair. Cleaner showed up on scheduled day at scheduled time and did a great job. The office staff were friendly and helpful and even called after the service to ensure that I was satisfied. Will be using again!
