My family dentist referred me to Personal Endodontics due to my complaints about severe pain in a molar. My family dentist called Dr. Dietz’s office for the referral, and they were able to see me the same day.
Dr. Dietz and his staff have a great manner with their patients. They explained everything that was going to take place on me beforehand, did everything they could to make me feel at ease and deconstructed what I thought was going to be a horrible, scary procedure into something that in the end, was really no worse than a standard cavity filling.
The office environment is very pleasant and he appeared to have all the latest equipment to make the procedures comfortable, accurate and thorough with as minimal pain as possible.
Later in the evening, Dr. Dietz even called me at home to make sure I wasn’t having any complications with the root canal procedure and that all was ok. That was a really nice touch.
Great office and endodontist. I’m glad I went there for my first and hopefully (for my sake) only root canal procedure.

The first impression of his office is a great one. His staff are extremely friendly, and available to you are Coffee, Tea, and Water. The office itself is extremely sharp, modern, and clean.
Each room has it’s own flat screen which doubles as a computer monitor. The chairs are some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a Dentist’s office, and also have a massage function.
Dr. Dietz himself was highly professional, friendly, kind, and compassionate. His bedside manner was phenomenal, and he was very patient.
Dr. Dietz uses a microscope that I have never seen used before during the surgery, that allows him to zoom in much further. The procedure itself was uncomfortable at times (as Root Canals are), but all in all I feel he did a very good job, certainly better than my previous Root Canal (done by a different Dentist).
He was kind enough to call and check on me after hours, which I really appreciated. He squeezed me in as well, on a day he was booked. He obviously cares very highly about his patients.
All in all a wonderful experience. I recommend him highly, if you are ever in need of the much dreaded Root Canal!
