Called on Sunday in a pinch, and they picked up at 7:50am and gave a very clear and precise run down of their rates, and they are able to come out the next day to clean the house.

Having lived in a multitude of rental houses over the last 18 years, I’ve hired my fair share of house cleaners, and more often than not… I’ve felt the quality of cleaning provided, was lackluster for the price.
Truckee-Tahoe House Cleaning are the exact opposite! The quote was less than expected, the final amount was on the lower end of the quote, and the cleaning job was better than I could have hoped for! We even tipped heavily, as we really felt we ought to have been paying more for such a stellar job, by such an awesome individual!
Jamie is about as friendly and customer-oriented business owner, as you’re likely to find. She was positive, good with our dogs, punctual, and was extremely great with communication from the moment we called for a quote, until we were settling up our bill with her.
I can’t say enough good about her or her work… highly, highly recommended!
