I stayed in these apartments for two months. The mild made me sick, things were broken, (stove, a couple things in the bathroom). Took a long time to get fixed. Had mold growing in all my window seals. Definently wouldnt move here if you have children.

My apt was broken into wile I was at work. The custodian told me not to store anything of value in these apts wile fixing my door. Parts of the roof keep blowing off and damaging peoples cars.

I lived here for a couple of years. I’m moving out at the end of the month to a bigger place to accommodate for the baby and the hordes of visitors we are sure to have now that there will be a little one soon. It is a great place to start out. Nice for college students, newly married, divorced people, and the like.
For the area this is a pretty reasonable place and it isn’t as sketch as say Rolling Hills or the place that doesn’t even have a name down the street. They have done a good job at trying to make the place look nice on the outside. Inside looks like the 80s but for 650 a month you cant expect top of the line anything.
As for the office staff, most of them are really nice and very helpful. There is one that I’m not particularly fond of, but it might just be me. The guy that runs this place is very nice and tried to work with us to stay instead of leaving. I don’t know if they are going to charge us an arm and a leg at move out though.
