I was gonna wait a couple of days before writing this review but, when I got home and discovered they had reloaded my SSD with a 34 bit windows instead of the 64 I had on before… well this shop is nothing like it use to be. When the two old men who owned and ran the shop it was awesome. Never had any problems and work was done in a timely manner. Yet ever since they sold it, the quality of workmanship has suffered. The owner as well as the employees have lied to me and blamed me for one of their muckups. And now they can’t even put the right OS back into my system. Also, told me it would take 2 weeks to build my computer… took nearly 4 weeks. Always a minimum of 7 days in shop. Besides the poor craftsmanship, the people who work there are real nice. But beware and be warned, there is a reason for their prices being so cheap.

CSR was great! I took my tower in and Brian quickly figured out what was wrong (my anti-virus update didn’t jive) and suggested a different anti-virus program. They were very fair — didn’t charge me extra for checking it out. I was so happy to only pay for the actual product I bought. They could have recommended a total tune up and I would have paid as I was not exactly sure what was I wrong. I am so grateful to know that there are honest, fair local business folks in Tucker. I would definitely recommend CSR!

These guys knew what they were doing, and got my computer fixed fast, despite my saying speed wasn’t a priority. Their prices were extremely reasonable as well, and I’m very happy with them. Plus, they’re a local business, and it’s always a good idea to support good local businesses instead of some faceless corporation. Highly recommended.

Nice People who know what they are doing! Before chucking that old computer, bring it to CSR for the $ 55 once over and have that amount applied to the tune up for $ 89 or other stuff… my computer needed a new hard drive which they replaced with a tera byte, and a bunch of other stuff for a couple a few hundred bucks. Problem Solved, runs like new! Highly recommended.
