The people have a bad attitude The manager would not return calls nor would the service manager

This review is for their repair facility — I’ve never purchased an RV from Peco but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
I had a serious problem with my electric brakes on my 19 foot trailer. The brakes would show «Overload» on the controller and shut off during a stop — not fun!
The Unit had been in several repair shops including a Camping World in Texas where the problem first appeared on vacation, and an RV place in Tucker. After 4 trips to the shop and several expensive «repairs» that didn’t fix the problem a friend suggested Peco.
I knew from the beginning that the service staff here was a LOT more knowledgeable. They really listened to the problem and to what had been attempted in previous shops.
The problem turned out to be a loose ground wire, which they found in just a few minutes. They then road tested the unit TWICE with me just to make sure.
These folks are polite, efficient but most importantly — they know what they are doing.
I highly recommend their repair shop.
