I asked for a quote based on minor pool repairs, Michael provided the quote very fast and consulted on several other issues. I went his direction and although we had a minor miscommunication he fixed it perfectly. I used them to power wash my pebble tech pool and convert to salt. I’m very happy with the result and service.

Terrible communication. They didn’t show to give me a repair estimate when they said. Came two days later to give a quote but then didn’t show when scheduled to do the job. No calls. No emails. When I called them, they said there was another emergency they needed to take care of.

I was having a hard time finding a pool service through my home warranty company. I searched on
and found Michael from Ambiance Pool Service. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. My pool pump was fixed with in days! He was quick, accurate and most of all, a pleasure to talk to on the phone. I would highly recommend him for any type of service for your pool. I will use him all the time in the future!

I called Ambiance three times, left a couple of messages and never even received a reply. I was attempting to establish contact to hire them for some pool clean up and new monthly service; it would seem something is quite broken with some part of their business as they are too busy for new customers and seemingly indifferent about customer service. Any other business owner reading this will shake their head as I did.

It took me 10 years to find a good pool guy (or should I say swimming pool company) and during that time I met plenty of not-​so-​good ones. Michael Baker with Ambiance Swimming Pool Repair and Pool Service is in my opinion the top pool service company in Tucson.
I had an ancient (i.e. 1980’s) sand filter go-​out on me, flooding sand into my spa and swimming pool. What a mess. Nothing wrong with sanding beaches, but nobody wants sand on the bottom of their in-​ground swimming pool.
MIchael Baker was referred to me, so I called right away. He was over the next day and my problem and pool cleared up overnight. Mr. Baker did not over-​charge. I felt he offer prompt, courteous service and pool expertise unlike any others I’ve called in the past. Best of all, the pool repair was completed at a reasonable price.
Three weeks later (after my swimming pool sand filter was replaced), I had a few minor adjustments I needed. I was back on the phone with Ambiance Swimming Pool Repair and Pool Service. Michael was back to my home in no time with a smile on his face and got me fixed up once again.
Definitely recommended.

Mike has serviced my vacation house pool for years. He’s basically saved my pool my the negligence of previous pool service guy. His rates are very fair and he very knowledgeable about pool systems and equipment. Top class.
