America’s Mattress of Tucson

I recently purchased a mattress here from CJ and he was absolutely wonderful while purchasing the mattress. Customer service was fabulous, all of my questions were answered with honesty, and he was friendly, all without being overly pushy. I went in on a Saturday with a time limit on when I needed the mattress by due to family coming in to town, and my specific mattress had to be ordered. I was promised it would be here in the morning the coming Friday. Well I hadn’t heard anything when I had gotten off by 1pm that Friday, called, happened to be CJ there and was informed he had, t heard from the delivery truck. Well okay fine. However, I was holding off doing anything pending this mattress being delivered that day since its delivery on that day was quite important, as well as being what was contractually agreed upon. By 5pm still hadn’t heard anything and was quite unhappy. Called again and was told yet again «don’t know, haven’t heard.» Nothing to help me. After another hour I called still having heard nothing from the store, and was very upset at this point. To get any sort of response and help, I had to threaten to come get my money back and take it elsewhere to. Suddenly, it was to be delivered within the next 15 minutes. Once we finally got to pick it up he was not friendly, barely helped get it in my truck, and didn’t say thank you and shut the back door without so much as saying two words, or apologizing for the inconvenience. An apology goes a long way, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I love my new mattress and purchasing it and picking it out was a breeze, but everything after that was a big let down; especially after such raving reviews.

Just the best service ever. These guys made buying a guest room mattress over the phone so easy — did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it! Would absolutely recommend them, and would buy from them again.

My husband and I purchased a bed from America’s Mattress a few weeks ago and had nothing short of an awesome experience. The service was fantastic and knowledgeable, their pricing reasonable and competitive and the exchange policy was as good as it gets. Not to mention some extra «little things» they do to promote local businesses in Tucson-​for instance, they have a wall of business cards for tons of local businesses, so a customer can go in and ask them if they know of a good place for «such and such» and they can hook you up with a local recommendation! I thought this was such a cool idea, and kind of them to link arms with other local places around town.

Great customer service. Kathryn knew a lot about mattresses and guided me to what I wanted in a bed when I didn’t know what I wanted. She was easy to talk to and friendly. She asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my choice. The price was reasonable. Local family business. Can’t wait to sleep in my new bed!!!

We love the bed we purchased. Jeff, Katherine and other staff were extremely knowledgeable, explained details of the different beds we tried.

After being sore and tired every morning, and realizing it was our mattress, we visited with Jeff at America’s Mattress last Sunday. He informed us of all the specifics of each mattress, and we chose one that has both foam and supportive coils (which we didn’t know existed) and now we have never slept better! Thanks Jeff, we will be back in the fall to purchase another mattress for our daughter’s bedroom!
