Broadway Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I wasn’t impressed. First the Dr. Hanna insisted that I MUST get X-​rays, the previous ones were «outdated» and I simply HAD to get new ones. He checked over my teeth and said they were fine, but the dental hygenist implied that my teeth were a mess and that I HAD to do exactly what she said. The waiting room was a mess when I got there, and the front office staff was unorganized. I left without a cleaning and over 1.5 hours of my life that I will never get back. Perhaps I needed a different hygenist?

I went in for a first visit — exam, xrays, and cleaning. Everyone in the office was friendly and made sure I understood what was going on. I particularly appreciated the way the assistant, hygienist, and dentist explained what they were doing and why, and I really like that someone specifically knowledgeable about benefits came in to discuss the cost of my treatment. I liked being able to see the itemized list of charges before I accepted treatment, so I can take my budget into account.

I love this office! The customer service and care is exceptional. They were straightforward about the expenses and walked me through my financing options. Basically everything I was looking for in a dental office I found here at Broadway Smiles.

I originally came to this dental office because I won a free teeth whitening through a raffle and I’m glad I did because it turned out to be one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I was able to register as a new patient online which saved me from all the paperwork in the office. The equipment is very high tech compared to the old film X-​rays. Everything is digital. Every employee had a smile on their face and just had a great attitude. This was the first office that explained what my benefits covered and what will be out of pocket prior to anything being done so there were no surprises. I was extremely impressed with the education I received about my specific dental needs. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and they made me feel so comfortable and they didn’t lecture me at all about avoiding the dentist :). All around exceptional dental office!

Clean office and professional service. Dr was very nice and actually did my cleaning. They offer extensive X-​ray photos — think close to 20!!! They do email them to you when requested. The only negative was that I had to request them three times to email them to me since they kept getting my email incorrectly.

I absolutely loved my experience and my dentist. Sam Abadi was amazing and made me feel like a princess even though I’m an adult lol. It’s the best care I’ve had in years and would recommend him and their office to anyone. Thank you.
