Terrible service. Extremely rude staff. And they were out of lettuce. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my visit at this location. Take the extra time to drive to a different location.

This location was very good to me. I had my usual chicken burrito with brown rice and assorted veggies. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, but I was also displeased. I returned home to my dorm and immediately proceeded to shit my brains out. It wasn’t your normal run of the mill diareah sesh, however. I expierenced great pain in my endeavour and it felt like the devil leaving my body so it was only appropriate to scream like an exorcism. I will never return to this Chipotle for what they did to me.

My first time at Chipotle. And I will be back. Great food with just the right amount of choices so it’s made the way I like it. Add a Margarita at a very reasonable price and what more could you ask for?! Well, there is the window seats(like sitting at a bar) facing directly onto Main Gate Square for viewing the large numbers of very gorgeous individuals walking by.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I once waited for a good 15 minutes because no one was even at the counter. There was a line of about 10 people behind me too and there wasn’t a single chipotle worker in sight.

I’ve had much better Mexican food, they just provide a nicer dining environment, i think. The stuffs don’t seem that friendly.

The food here is the same as all other Chipotle’s but the big drawback is long lines and hastily made burritos. It feels like they just slop everything together and half the time they end up breaking the burrito. I hate when they have to rewrap them. The long line combined with the hastily made burritos is enough for me to drive 2 miles out of the way to the next closest Chipotle. I love the chips & guacamole(I know its extra) with a steak burrito, spicy salsa, and a Pibb Extra to wash it down.

I’m currently in line, been in line since 530. It’s currently 555. There were only 15 people in front of me. This is unacceptable for the amount of people that work here currently. Update: So I got in line, and waited an extra 10 minutes for steak… the steak wasnt even properly cooked… This place needs a complete overhaul. Also, close to 50 minutes of waiting when 12 people(by my count) were working. Forget this place.

This Chipotle was great! Food was delicious, fresh and still warm. It also was very clean and had nice outdoor seating

This place is always busy so the food is always fresh, and always good. The employees are okay except for this jerk of a guy that has the biggest attitude. He’s always working, and he is rude to others including customers. That guy needs to go.

The Chipotle on University Drive is not up to snuff. I’m an avid Chipotle consumer and this Chipotle pales in comparison to the others that I’ve been to. The servers always seem to be distracted and sometimes impolite. Also, on multiple occasions I’ve had my burrito folded extremely sloppily. One time my burrito even ripped and my server didn’t offer to rewrap it or double wrap it. They are also constantly out of certain ingredients including rice and lettuce. Unfortunately, due to the convenient location next to the University and the popularity of Chipotle this location is always packed. This may explain the subpar quality of the service. There is no incentive to improve quality as they will always have customers no matter what.

I was not impressed. The brown rice was crunchy and the server gave me oddly small portions. Also, the chicken seem to be unusually fatty. I am usually very pleased with any chipotle I visit almost anywhere in the country but tonight’s visit to the campus location was quite disappointing.

Started out well. Really nice girl on the line. Went downhill from there. The other people on the line are in such a hurry, they don’t listen well. Got way too much toppings and salsa. They were out of lettuce and said a 7 minute wait. They were not busy when I walked in. Worst chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve been to many!

I love Chipotle. I always get a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, and it’s always delicious and piping hot when I receive my food. The chicken is moist, the veggies fresh, the beans deliciously spiced. The employees are friendly and willing to serve. This location is clean and close to the residence halls on campus. I spend $ 8 to get a burrito bowl that will feed me for two meals, which is always a plus. Really, you just can’t go wrong with these guys. I’ve never had a Chipotle experience I didn’t enjoy. Now, this Chipotle does get kind of busy sometimes, so if you’re in a hurry during the lunch rush, the line may go out the door. That’s my only complaint, but Chipotle’s so awesome that it sometimes just can’t be helped.

Seems silly to review a Chipotle, but it’s this was the best and most inexpensive(but most busy) location I’ve ever been to, so it was worth a note.

This particular chipotle is quite subpar but the location is convenient so there always seems to be a line. I loved chipotle so much before the quality in this establishment dropped significantly. The corn salsa is sometimes hard or even frozen. The servers are a bit stingy on the amount of items put into the bowl and the rice is a lot mushier than those of other chipotle locations. I assume that due to the rush the quality may be slightly worse but that should not be an excuse. The taste is still consistent enough for me to come back from time to time as well as the convenience of the online ordering and delivery system, but otherwise this location should hire new staff or retrain the staff to inspect the food more carefully as well as handle the long lines more efficiently.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle. Back home in California, I used to go on a regular basis only had great things to say. Although, this location is, by far, the nastiest Chipotle restaurant I’ve ever had. The first time I went, the place was extremely busy and the workers seemed rude, disorganized, and unhappy. The food was subpar but I decided to let it go because Chipotle has such a good place in my heart. The second time, the place was almost empty. The workers still seemed rude, disorganized, and unhappy. They got my order right but the food tastes wrong. The beans have a strong(?) taste. The rice is extremely mushy. The steak is all fat and way too spicy. Their famous guacamole is just chopped avocado. Despite these two warnings of the inadequate service, I decided to give them a third chance because they started delivering to the dorms. As a lazy college student, I can’t pass up that offer. I ordered a steak burrito, white rice, pinto beans, hot sauce, lettuce, and guacamole. Instead, I received half chicken half steak, white much, spicy pinto beans, and lettuce. I don’t know why it’s so hard for the workers there to read a piece of paper that says what to put into a meal. I am extremely disappointed in this Chipotle experience. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office to let them know that these kinds of experiences have happened to many students at the University of Arizona and that they are losing so much business because of it. Clean up your act Chipotle of West University. You’re acting like ASU graduates.

Imagine you are famished after a long walk and short on time, like I was on Tuesday. With a deadline for an article looming over my head, I could not think clearly. I asked my husband for veggie bowl. He wasn’t happy with the idea. Long queues are a definite no-no for him. Ten minutes later as he walked with the bowl I thought it was salad at its best. It was a bite of lettuce, corn, beans and cheese. It was pure heavenly gastronomical delight.

It’s Chipotle. I’ve honestly never been to a «bad» chipotle. This one met my Chipotle expectations. This location can be absolutely PACKED at any time of day, because it’s essentially on the college campus. Line was out the door many times. December and January were great times to go because all the students were off. I love Chipotle.

There is no other restaurant like Chipolte. It is quick, fresh, and can be healthy. Great for when you are very hungry and when you are in a hurry. Perfect for those who wish to gain muscle. I think it took me a total of 1.5 minutes to get in and out the last time I went here. I almost forgot… it is DELICIOUS: D
