I’m just going to start this review of by saying who doesn’t love chipotle? I use to always go with the burritos, but I recently turned to their crunchy tacos w/barbacoa, sour cream and their hot sauce. While my lady goes with the soft tacos and she goes between the steak and barbacoa w/guacamole and their mild sauce and sour cream… And can’t forgot about their magically delicious chips and hot salsa on the side! Enjoy

A great healthy alternative to fast food, very fresh and many options to choose from you can personalize your meal. I would recommend for a fast take out meal.

We’ve been to this chipotle a few times before and every single time we have been disappointed. We ordered it online and when we picked it up the bag was wet and had soaked through the container. We opened our meals and the food was completely and utterly subpar obviously they do not have good quality control, they do not train their employees right and it is a shame because it could be absolutely delicious. We also ordered a side of guacamole and chips, The guacamole was salty and it had huge pieces inside that hadn’t been mashed properly of green and hard avocado, it also had little pieces of the pit. Chips where extremely salty but I mean extremely, and they were stale they were not crunchy. The chicken was undercooked and rubbery, we could see a little bit of pink in it, also the steak was a bit chewy. Are you kidding me right now, what is this? Chipotle please get your act together we like it and we want to come back but you need to really do some quality control ASAP.

Literally the worst. I ordered online to avoid waiting in line. I’ve done this numerous times at other chipotles and had zero issues. The last two times I’ve ordered online here, they have completely messed up. The first time they didn’t give us any of our drinks which we paid for. That was irritating mostly because I have a toddler who was totally looking forward to his chocolate milk. Also I specified that I wanted the lettuce on the bottom of the bowl, and it was thrown on top. I called and they were apologetic and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. They refunded me for the drinks. Tonight, my husband got home and we again, had no chocolate milk for our kid… On top of that, we had tacos when we ordered a quesadilla. He’s only three so clearly a quesadilla was the better choice! And once again the lettuce was just thrown on top even though in the section where they allow notes, it was clearly stated that I wanted it on the bottom. They refunded me for the kid’s meal and my bowl. But this is seriously enough for me to never go to this location. *thumbs down*

No carnitas or pork? What a Shame. Get a better quality burrito and price at local mom & pops.

Offering a fund raiser for soleng tom elementary, we were ready to go. Tucson, Az has another Chipoltes. Anything for the grand kids. Salad was very fresh and tasty. Meat lean and tasty. Choices were good. Papa was not to impressed with his burrito. I said, don’t add rice if you don’t want it in your burrito. Tell them what you want. Grandkids ate well and that’s important to us. Yes we will be back. They have one up near Seattle WA, and our vegetarian daughter is happy.

There was a time in my life when I loved Chipotle so much that I ate there every single day. That time was called college, and I’m generally glad it’s over. Still, I have a soft spot for these bigass burritos. And the fact that they have an app or website for easy ordering should merit them an extra star, but it doesn’t. Keep reading. I have always loved Chipotle’s build-as-you-go ordering system, where you choose each of your ingredients rather than ordering from a flat menu. You get whichever rice you want, or none. Whichever beans you prefer, or none. This style of ordering is quite common now. When Chipotle first started, it was limited to places like Subway — and all you’ll get there is a sandwich. When you want a huge burrito and you want it your way, Chipotle is always a safe bet. So where do they lose stars? Three places. First, the app/online ordering dictates a pickup time you can’t customize. I’ve done this lots of times and it always goes one of two ways: either my food is already sitting on the counter, cold because they made it when the order first came in – or, they haven’t made it yet and I wait ten to fifteen minutes after the pickup time. I’ve never had anything in between. Second — and this is specific to this Chipotle location — the steak and chicken are both frequently undercooked. I’ve had to stop ordering them here, because there’s nothing quite like getting all the way home and biting into a burrito to find raw chicken. I stick to the barbacoa(beef) and carnitas(pork), as they are shredded and never undercooked. Third is quality. Chipotle is sometimes seen as a «step above Taco Bell»; it isn’t. It’s in roughly the same genre of fast pseudomexican food. Me, I prefer Taco Bell over Chipotle. That’s a personal preference. Chipotle does have a bit more substance. But then you realize the cold, hard truth: There are a million Mexican restaurants in Tucson that will give you as much food as Chipotle, at the same price, and in the same amount of time. There’s nothing wrong with Chipotle’s food, of course. It’s just rare that I wouldn’t be willing to drive one extra mile for something that tastes twice as good.

Great Service and food. We showed up 10 minutes to close. and planned to take our food to go and they were kind enough to allow us to dine in and didn’t rush us at all. They also have a great secret menu you must check it out. Google it!

I seriously love chipotle. This is a fairly new restaurant, and it’s a bit small so tables are next to each other.

OK, this was my first experience with any Chipotle Mexican Grill. I arrived a bit after 1:00 p.m. and the restaurant was full. But no waiting. I was greeted promptly and served politely by the counter employee. I ordered a barbacoa beef burrito with most of the standard additional items. Despite the fact that it was very skimpy on the meat(what was there was nicely seasoned if a bit chewy) I enjoyed it, the fajita veggies were perfectly cooked, it was tasty and I would return to try one with some of the other protein choices, or a different dish. Hey, it’s fast food folks. You don’t go there expecting an El Charro experience. And this is a relatively new location. Chipotle sticks to a formula that works.

Chipotle need I say more one of the best and freshest fast food Mexican restaurants a person can encounter, from their chicken to their steak to their shredded pork it is all delicious and fresh, with the variety of different salsas you can choose from always the best I’ve never had any problems with eating here, from soft tacos to hard tacos to their famous burrito bowl, and a price that’s not too bad because you are guaranteed to be full is ever once you’re done with your meal, I think I can visit chipotle once twice maybe even three times a week!

This is your typical Chipotle, but it is a little smaller compared to most. We enjoyed our food very much, but when we went the service was pretty slow.

So do yourself a favour, go to los betos, nicos, filibertos or viva. The price for guacamole it’s outrageous, and chipotle use to be cheap but now it’s not worth the price. The best thing there is if you eat everything individually out tastes good but altogether not the best.

I love Chipotle. This location is less than a mile from my house which is a bit too convenient. I have visited this location several time since it has opened and the newer staff seem to be getting quicker and working better as a team. This is a great place to stop for a quick, hearty meal.

I love Chipotle but this location needs to pull it together. I know that it is a fairly new location for them but I don’ t think chain restaurants need month to work out the kinks like a local place might. I’m always really happy with the service at Chipotle but their staff just isn’t great… super spacey and doesn’t pay much attention to what you’re saying at all. It’s also pretty slow. Food is still great though thankfully :) They even have a new vegetarian option now!

Great lunch after a work out session. Had my usual today the salad with chicken. The chicken is moist and not too salty. I love the variety of ingredients that I can put into my salad. Today I had the corn salsa, grilled veggies, mild salsa, cheese, and the pico de gallo. This salad is very satisfying and a good choice for people who are looking for a healthy option with variety.

For years, there is one restaurant that friends insist you must try. This establishment then gains popularity at a rapid rate and becomes one of the more lucrative businesses of its variety. You try to avoid it, because you get distressed at the hype it receives and generally phenomenon that is admired by the general public you find loathsome. Well, that was what Chipotle was for me, for a countless amount of years. EVERYONE loved it. «Jason, you’ve never had Chipotle? Are you a hellion? What kind of crackpot are you?» Of course, that was generally greeted with the typical eye-roll followed by a comment such as, «Why would I eat Chipotle when I dwell in Tucson, a city known for blue-chip Mexican fare?» Stupid me. Chipotle should not ever be compared to any sort of Mexican grub. Ever. It’s really in a class of its own. I usually order a steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, hot and mild salsa, cheese and lettuce. I top it with a healthy does of tobasco and order a bag of chips to snack on in addition to my bowl. I don’t thing there is a precedent when it comes to the menu, however. They keep the menu pure, rendering the absolute most out of a select few ingredients. I adore the steak, but you will triumph when you order any meat at all. Chicken, barbacoa and carnitas are all choice selections that will fill the void /craving in your stomach. With my steak bowl, I like utilizing the tortilla chips to concoct a big taco salad. I have always manufactured a de facto taco salad with carnitas and barbacoa and the conclusion was equally appetizing. This brand new branch of Chipotle is pristine, which is essentially par for the course. Chipotle debunked every stereotype I had established for chain restaurants many years ago when I finally relinquished to peer pressure and made the equitable accord to investigate their product further. As it turns out, Chipotle proved to be one of the best chain restaurants in the history of mankind. Oh, and another thing: If I hear you pronounce it «CHI-POLE-TEE» you are asking for a slap in the mouth.
