Cox Communications Digital Store

Its been pretty good with cox. I will be taking my stuff back soon, and I was told no problem. Good customer service, Great store.

Jody (maybe spelled Jodi) and her husband, whose name I think is Sal, co-​operate this new Cox Cable store on the southwest side of Tucson, and they are some of the most lovely people I have met since moving back to the city. That said, I doubt they would take any crap.
Jody and Sal will work with you and your needs when it comes to acquiring service, which is more than I can say with my previous, extensive experiences with Cox as yet.
I had set myself up with an internet package online which resulted in me paying way too much for my needs, so I went in to find a bundle that better fit what I really wanted. I could have worked with the (money-​grubbing) phone operators online, I found that going in to talk to Cox people face to face is a far better idea. This location is the WAY TO GO.
Jody worked really, really hard for me, even calling her «mentors» (that’s what the Cox supervisor/​decision-​maker people are called) to ensure that there was no better deal that I could possibly be getting that met my cable/​internet needs. She actually researched Cox’s promotion and package combinations, finding amazing little loopholes that made me realize that she and I were coupon-​cutting kindred sprits.
I’m not saying that you and I will have the same experience, but I came out paying the same for internet AND cable as I was already paying JUST FOR INTERNET. To clarify, I lowered my Internet tier by one level, but I didn’t need that high of a speed anyway … and Jody and Sal didn’t try to upsell me back to the unnecessary speed.
So, what does that say? 1. Go to this location instead of the Broadway location, and deal with this husband and wife team, but 2. Treat them like humans, not mean robots. They have six kids together and they’re nice people. 3. If you are nice, you will come out with the best possible package deal — far better than you would have gotten on your own, online or on the phone with the sales force from hell. 4. Jody and Sal are really nice, competent people who are not out to mess with you. 5. Go there.
