I’m an occasional fan of Dairy Queen, but I won’t be returning to this location. When I walked inside, it had the overwhelming odor of unchanged trash cans. This would be forgivable, as they have a drive through. But when the Assistant Manager took my money and gave me change with plastic gloves on, I got nervous. Then I watched him make several orders with this same pair of gloves. He picked up cups in a way that touched the insides of all of them. I also watched him touch the inside of a waffle cone before filling it.
I know there’s no way to expect good food handling procedures in fast food, but when the manager is doing it, it’s endemic. And gross.

It’s nice that they have a drive thru and an inside area to order. It was delicious, fast and the staff was nice. As far as I’m concerned it was a win!

Disappointed they no longer have the Truffle blizzard at this location but the chocolate extreme is good! Always fast and we’ve never had a problem with price.

I don’t think there’s anything better on a nice warm day than having a delicious DQ treat! There vanilla ice cream is one of the best bananas I taste it it’s always so sweet creamy and pure. I really love when they have the apple pie blizzard that was my favorite it had really pieces of apple and cinnamon toast quench whip cream on top with cinnamon sprinkle. Dilly bars are also one of my favorites I can have a chocolate delete by any day. But when I’m feeling a little thirsty I love the grape arctic blast with vanilla they call it and Arctic float. You can’t go wrong with DQ, A perfect little treat on a Friday afternoon and warm sunny Tucson Arizona, The staff is always friendly and helpful in with bright smiles on their faces!

Always gets the order wrong and then if you ask them to fix it, they are rude. I swear the assistant manager has serious anger issues and loves to make kids cry she is so nasty and likes to yell. DQ has lost a lifetime customer in my family.
Always check your receipt as they love to charge you for a large and while only giving a small.

This place is very good, and one of the cleanest DQS I’ve seen. They are well organized and quick with orders. It gets very busy at times and when it does your put with in five minutes ten if cats are lined up to street. The associates are always smiling and theh are willing to work. The ice Cream is amazing the best part eat there or drive thru. Off of 22^nd between wilmont and Craycroft if your in the area and you would like something cool/refreshing to eat or drink definitely stop by this dairy queen it is one thing that you will definitely not regret. Especially in this heat: dipped cone or a dilly bars are the best.

Mom’s blood sugar must have been low on our way home because she wanted DQ and since she was buying, who was I to say no?
DQ is always consistently quick, accurate and friendly. Mom got her usual medium sundae with marshmallow and caramel. I tried a chocolate cherry lover blizzard. They were both good. No surprise. Like I said, we’ve always had what we’ve expected here. This time was no exception.

We always seem to have a problems at this DQ. Whether it is with ordering, paying or getting our food there always seems to be an issue. The service is a little slow, but the food good.
This time around we ordered a small blizzard as part of the order, but the gal punched in large. She insisted that she punched in a small but the computer did the large. The manager came over and fixed the problem. No apologies for messing up and charging me almost double of what it should have.

Why are there 7 people working at this DQ at any given time? We walked in and ALL SEVEN PEOPLE stared directly at us. It was like we were being interrogated for our order. When we ordered, no one said anything… I repeated myself because I got no response, and a girl shouts «I’m getting it, right here!»
I stepped back for a second. Maybe I was just ordering in a way they weren’t used to. While I waited for my blizzard I watched the 6 other teenagers that run the joint push each other and talk about who has a new boyfriend at school.
A large motorcycle drove by so the girlfriend and I turned to look outside. When I turned back around, the girl had my blizzard with her hand out stretched for me. Again, not even saying a word. I’m baffled that a manager doesn’t have a problem with this service. These are your customers, you need to treat them with respect. Never will come to this location again.

Okay, we are somewhat still new to T-Town and the ways here. We are finding out the some of the same name places to eat don’t serve the same food. This DQ is a classic example. We pulled in to get a burger and Blizzard but found out fast they don’t serve burgers or anything that isn’t frozen. We left still hungry but with blizzards in had. Thank God there was a Jack in the Box just down the street. The staff was nice and service fast, so they get 4 stars, 5 if they had a burger.
