We been here a few times, and even though there’s been a few problems with Our orders, we keep coming back because the people are nice and are willing to fix them. This time the food was great, the people were nice as usual, and the dining room is clean.

Came here for dinner tonight. When we got up to the counter, the assistant manager Emilio assisted us with our order. He was very polite & even reminded us about our program card. So because of that, we actually had a free combo meal! :) Our whole meal ended up only costin us approx $ 3! Yeah there was an issue with the fries not being fresh at first, but once we advised him of this he quickly made it right! Will definitely be coming back :) Props to Emilio!

This is probably the cleanest and most friendly Eegees. I eat there at least three times a month due to the location to my work. When you walk in they make you feel at home they yell out hello and welcome. I sat one day watching the staff and it was a little slow and instead of talking they got down on their knees and started wiping down legs and bottom of children high chairs. The person that seems to keep the staff going is Victoria. She talks with a Scottish accent and has a good sense of humor.

I seriously love coming to this location. It is always so clean and the food comes out so fast! The best part of this location is the employees. They are always friendly, courteous and professional. They suggest things for you, they’re always out in the floor cleaning or building rapport with the customers, they remember your name and bring your food to the table. They’re so welcoming and helpful. I always get exceptional service from everyone there. Not to mention the good is always fresh, order is correct and they get it to you fast! I love this eegees!

Lights and sign stated they were open. But waiting in the drive thru for a few minutes and wasted my lunch waiting for someone to answer. Pulled up to the window and no indication closed.

Fairly new building. It was nice going into an eegee’s that was clean and did not look like it came out of the 70’s. My daughter loves the watermelon flavor and since this is one of a couple stores that has it this November we ventureed to this store to pick some up for her and her friends.

Eegees is one of my favorite places to go when I’m in Tucson! This new location is by far my favorite out of all the locations, and by far the nicest one because it’s so new. It’s the only one I like going inside because the others can be considered a little sketchy. I’m a huge fan of their fries with ranch and deluxe grinders! I love their iced lemon teagees and strawberry and watermelon flavored Eegees. Any of the flavors I’ve had are good. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because my one complaint would be that they’ve gotten my order wrong a lot throughout the years, but that clearly hasn’t stopped me from going there. It’s a must try when you’re in Tucson!

I’ve become a big fan of eegee’s signature frozen drinks; they’re far superior to lowly Icee’s and don’t bust my budget the way most other fruit smoothies do. But I’m really not a fan of their food. I’ve ordered the same thing twice, and both times had the same complaints. The fries are limp and the rye on the hot pastrami sandwich would be much better in bread rather than bun form. So why the four stars, you ask? Caitlyn, who was manning the drive-thru station, did something that is EXTREMELY rare and very much appreciated. I have a very severe hearing loss and often depend on lip reading to understand speech. When I run into communication issues at a drive thru, I simply say«I have a severe hearing loss and cannot understand you over this speaker. May I please pull forward?» Caitlyn bowled me over by simply responding in the affirmative. That is SO rare. Most often the replies to this are to simply repeat whatever they said again, maybe louder. Uh, sorry — increasing your volume doesn’t help! For most of us folks with hearing loss, the experience is best described as a radio being tuned in between stations — i.e. lots of senseless static. Turning up the volume makes just louder senseless static! So, thank you, Caitlyn, for not forcing me to try to order over the speaker. I really wish all drive-thru businesses would train their employees about this basic etiquette.
