Really great service. Went in there to ask about my engagement ring being resized. It has enamel so I know that it will be tricky because the enamel can melt right off. I spoke with Nikki S. And deb. I told them it is a helzburg ring and right away she went to the computer to check my warranty. She told me that I would either have to get it recast, have beads placed(a permanent solution that would also keep it from spinning) or a temporary ring guard. I opted for the ring guard for now and it works magically! I’ll commit another day. Nikki then took me to a back room where she showed me my diamond under the microscope and educated me on my ring. something no one has ever done or even offered! I was floored! Even though I didn’t buy anything she took her time with me and in such a cheerful mood. Thanks Nikki and Deb.

Alrighty… I’ve been here a few times and overall have had a fairly average experience with the store. They have a wide selection of rings, watches, necklaces, earrings etc. which is good. Their prices range from decent to crazy, but they seem to have something for everybody which is good. The only thing that has been extremely inconsistent is the customer service. For me it’s been a hit or miss. Sometimes the sales rep is great, other times they are rude and snarky. The last time I was there I bought a fairly expensive piece of jewelry and ended up with a well dressed«professional» sales associate who kept making backhanded snarky remarks and comments to me. I couldn’t tell if she was being passive aggressive with these comments, or if she truly didn’t realize she was coming off as rude. If she was doing it on purpose, what kind of way is that to treat a customer who just gave you a bunch of money? Also they are nice when I’m buying something from them. But if I go in just for a cleaning, they aren’t as nice since I’m not giving them new money. I don’t necessarily hate this place, but I don’t love it either. If I find somewhere else that’s better, I’d rather give them my business instead.

When I walk into this Helzberg store I do not feel welcomed at all. The last few times I have gone in I have to seek assistance rather then being greeted right away. One time I went in and they could not find my layaway, it took 15 to 20 minutes of just waiting for them to find it. There was no communication with the sales associate and I in regards to what was taking so long. I tend to feel uneasy when shopping at this location. If you are shopping for fine jewelry I would suggest going to the Helzberg at Tucson Mall because they are consistently friendly and helpful.

Let me begin this review by refreshing your memory as to what a store is. A store is a place where customers pay money in return for service and/or goods. If no customers give money, the store will go out of business. It is the customers’ money that pays the salaries of the store’s employees. In summary, be nice to your customers or you will go out of business. I went into Helzberg looking for an out of the ordinary necklace and an ordinary jeweled ring. The vibe I got from the woman«helping» me wasn’t good, so I stopped my quest for personal jewelry. Instead I headed over to the plain gold hoop earrings to pick out a set for my mom. I thought I could just point and buy and leave the awful woman. I pointed, I tried to buy, but this woman would just not stop her incessant cruel banter. She asked me if I would like to purchase the insurance policy, which they are trained to ask all customers(I have no issues with being asked this) which I responded with a «no thanks,» and she asked me if I knew why they asked that. I told her that it was to increase revenue. She said that they do not make any money off of these packages.? Are you telling me that you do not make any money when I give you money? How does that work? I think what you meant to say was that the profit margin was not high on these, but I would still disagree with that. Your liquid assets increase in return for your contingent liabilities increasing. Contingent liabilities are contingent, in this case on my gold breaking. Your cash on hand does not fluctuate with my gold breaking. Helzberg, try to be nicer to those giving you money, and try not to lie to make sales.
