I was very happy with Pat Lioy. He did a great job as general contractor for a complete guest house remodel which just finished up in May 2015. He is admired by his subcontractors who work for him and they have done a very good job. He pushed the project along very effectively to completion. His bid was reasonable compared to the other contractors. He answers your questions and gets back to you quickly. And he comes up with intelligent solutions when the inevitable surprises that arise when renovating a 70+ year old property. And, very importantly, he knows how to deal with city inspectors and overly creative architects. :)
