Waitress was real kind and hard working but the food was disgusting I orders the steak and egg and I was given 2 over cooked over medium and the steak was a piece of beef jerky I will never come back NEVER.

I came here earlier this year before I discovered Unilocal, I just had forgot the name of the restaurant. I just had to warn you all not to come here. The restaurant is small, the décor abysmal, the food burnt, flavorless and nasty. Oh yeah, it was in the summer and no AC, it was hot and humid inside. I am so ashamed I even came here. Will never be back again and will never in a million years recommend this restaurant to anyone… Zero stars

Horrible and expensive for being a hole in the wall. Waitress was terrible TV was way too loud. If I wanted to hear novelas I would go to my moms and eat. I literally threw up on our way home. My husbands beans where overly dry looked like they were sitting since the morning. Rice, was nothing special I could’ve made it at home for free. We definitely won’t be going back. I would love to rate it no stars! I recommend mi nidito.

Early this year I stepped in Mi Cabaña Restaurant for the very first time to eat. The owner, kind yet splendid chef he is, asked what I would like to eat for brunch, I said a great dish, and he went on to his kitchen and prepared a masterpiece of a tasteful cooked to perfection a selection of sizzling hot carne asada on a parrilla, roasted chili stuffed with just –right melted cheese, and since I love jalapeños I was as happy as an employee who just received a bonus check when I unveiled a roasted jalapeño underneath a delicious quesadilla all on top of bell pepper and onion plus more… and it did not stop there, besides the usual chips and house-made salsa appetizers I received my dish with my sides, yes I ate it all, with fried beans like the ones in Jalisco, Mexico, real bean and mexican seasoned rice, you always need rice with your mexican food, ‘siempre’, and fresh crispy lettuce and juicy tomato slices, they don’t advertise the veggies but they deserve the attention, I mean my meal was prepared with detail down to the fresh toppings. I devoured it once and I will go back to devour another alike or similar to explore their menu beyond. This is a true and real home-made mexican food stop, it was so amazing that my experience was worth triple the cost of a plate like that, the exchange was even. Gracias Mi Cabaña Restaurant por su servicio sobresaliente y alta calidad comida esquisita.
