This O’Reilly store has helped my husband and I out so many times with car problems that would have cost a fortune if we took the car to a repair shop. Just last week, when my car wouldn’t start, they were able to confirm it was a battery that needed replacing, and installed it for us at no charge. When this caused the car alarm system to reset and my husband couldn’t get the car started without the alarm going off, they helped him figure it out(took at least half an hour more). They have been friendly, helpful, and honest. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I go here about twice per year. Last month I had some electrical problems in the van and drove it in. A gentleman grabbed a battery tester and checked my van in the lot. Confirmed it was a bad battery. He didnt charge me for the diagnosis.(try getting a free diagnosis at a mechanic shop). Of course, after I bought my new battery i forgot to bring my tools. The same guy had some tools behind the counter and helped me put it in. This is service that goes above the rest. Very impressive. And remember, they did all this work and only got paid for a battery.
