First off, it is very difficult to get in touch with these people. After playing phone tag for a couple of days, I was finally able to speak with someone and make an appointment. I had an appointmemt window of 8 – 11 am. They call me at 1110 to tell me it will be another hour. I am annoyed and maybe even a little pissed. My time is valuable, but this company doesn’t recognize this. I had to skip my usual daily activities to be available at these hours. The least they could do is keep appointment times and if unable, make reasonable and considerate efforts to let the customer know. It is not reasonable and considerate to notify after the appointment time has already passed.

Poor customer service. Bought off of groupon. I had a scheduled appointment between 8 and 11, got called at 1030 that the tech was gonna be here before 12… wtf! The manager on the phone said the the tech was at another job and the customer added on more upholstery. So instead of telling the customer to schedule another appointment because they had another appointment to get to by 11 they went ahead and accepted the work. So I said to the manager, so you thought was ok to accept the additional work and inconvenience me… he said yes… wtf! Won’t be using this company again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Bought the groupon– they NEVER returned my calls. I tried calling numerous times over a large time frame.

Very disappointing experience. First time I called during business hours, left a message and it was 3 days later before it was finally returned. After a week of phone tag, we scheduled an appointment and I made it very clear that I was on a tight time frame and they had to be running on time. I got a call 10 minutes before my appointment to «confirm» and that they were on their way. 30 minutes later there had been no communication and no longer enough time to get things done before I had to leave. I asked that they not come at all anymore. He claimed that it was a family emergency but it was suspicious that it wasn’t until I left a voicemail telling them not to come that he finally called 2 minutes later to apologize. They may have been friendly on the phone, but this was an extremely unprofessional way to handle business. I used Ace instead and they were great.
