My husband bought a used CG advanced mount from this company (they gave him a deal for a trade in) and for months we have had problems with it. Everyone we had look at it was stumped as to figure what was wrong with it until we took it to Starizona. We had it repaired at Starizona and to no surprise it turned out it was not human error but the merchandise sold to him was never in working order to begin with. I think it’s cheap and bad business for anyone to push off bad merchandise to a customer. This mount was not cheap (think 100’s of dollars). We invested a lot of money (not including repair fees) for this product and wasted our money. Buyer beware with this business! We had to order a new CG mount from Celestron so my husband will not have to put up with a dysfunctional telescope mount.
