Taco Bell

Me and my friend normally give all our late night munchie business’s to this exact location due to the late night hours. However, two nights (not one, but TWO) we have came in at 2:30 am and have been ignored by the people inside. The hours say they close at 3am. Two nights we have gone to McDonald’s instead. Yall are losing business!!! Please run your business according to your hours!

Night staff is rude and doesn’t care about customer service … Food mediocre and don’t know there products

So disappointed! I was so hungry after getting out if work so I ordered a couple tacos and the new cheese wraps (little hand held quesadillas). The cheese wraps were completely cold throughout and there was no beef in the tacos. I was confused because usually it’s missing the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream. But really? The ground beef? Anyway, I hope the cars behind me in the drive through were able to have better food, maybe I just had some left over crap from the late dinner rush.

Well, I’m only going to review the new Smothered Burrito. Hubby had the steak one and I had a beef one. The server couldn’t remember which was which and guessed wrong. No big deal so we switched. It had way too much cumin in the sauce for me. I only ate half of mine. Hubby liked his and even added the fire sauce.
I’ll stick to my taco supremes from now on.

Three stars is all this place can hope for… My wife detests this place with a passion, so when /​if I am able to convince her to try it again I am sooo lucky. that night was this week. bad decision, they were completely out of mild sauce. (so out of suace that they added a sign to the drive thru window…) hmmmm maybe yal should get some more mild sauce before your dinner rush… anyway food was ok but not the greatest and it was simi cold…
that coupled with the fact that they were out of sauce earns them a thin 3 stars and they barely staked by with that… some work to do at this store me thinks

For some reasons, I love their Chicken Quesadillas! It was so good! This place was super busy during lunch time!

I am not sure about Taco Bell’s corporate strategy. Some locations are open early for breakfast… like 6:00 a.m. Some don’t open until 8:00 for breakfast. Some are not open for breakfast at all. I am sure it has to do with sales volume by store.
OK… now that I am done trying to get into the heads of Taco Bell management I will begin my review.
First of all, I don’t eat a lot of fast food and Taco Bell is not high on my list to begin with. I was out early and didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast at home so I stopped here because it was on my way to work. Luckily, it was one of the locations open early.
On the plus side: They are fast
Middle of the road: Price — As I was pulling out I noticed a sign at the home-​grown place across the street advertising breakfast burritos for $ 1.99. I am sure it had to be a bigger, better burrito for less than I paid. Should have paid more attention before I pulled into Taco Bell.
Why I am not likely to go back: Quality — It was beyond bland. I do not expect authentic Mexican food from Taco Bell, but I have had a better breakfast burrito from a burger chain.
There are so many better fast food options in this town. I doubt I will be choosing Taco Bell, even for a drive-​through breakfast, again.

I wouldn’t give one star for just a single problem or visit. However, this has gone on for a multiple amount of times.
A week ago, they just didn’t cut my mexican pizza I ordered. I’m like, no big deal, I’ll just cut it myself.
The next time I asked if they would cut my pizza because last time they didn’t, and they said yes, they’ll cut it. Then right in front of me the man just joked with the person cutting the pizza.
Today, I ordered for a couple friends, and it take literally five minutes to get everything right. First they charged more than they should, then they got the order wrong again by not giving me another drink, and when I asked for cupholders she didn’t give me one at first. It was a struggle to hold everything, my card, my wallet, trying to get everything in. She gave me the drinks and then the cupholders. I tried to put them in, but when I started driving (I guess I should’ve known this should happen, but they also should have known how to put the cups in) the drinks spilled all over the floor of the passenger seat. I went inside and gave the cups to them, and asked for a bunch of napkins. They didn’t even think about giving me more drinks that were spilled, or even apologize for the matter.
It seems like this is going to be a normal problem. If they don’t know how to give their customers the best care they can, then might as well not go there again.

If you like Taco Bell, this branch doesn’t disappoint. They are always fast, accurate, and friendly. I have never had any complaints and I eat from here about once a month.
