Worst apartment complex to live at! Nothing ever really gets fixed because they’re to cheap to hire more than one maintenance guy. The staff in the office are unreasonable, very very rude bi***es. When you leave they over charge on anything they can, when I think of toscana I think SCAMMERS! The rent that was paid while living there was not worth it! The cops always seemed to be there! I got the cops called on me twice, because my baby was cryingto loud from being sick after the flu shot. My baby constantly got woken up from late night drinkers and the nieghbors next door from the thinnest walls you will ever experience. The laundry machines are way over priced and constantly smelled like cat pee inside them. The grounds look really nice for a first impression, but when you truly analyze your environment, there was dog poop in front of the stair case almost everyday, dirt at the bottom of the pool, the driveways have potholes and cracks everywhere!!! they have the oldest treadmill and bike machine for their so called fitness center. Nothing more. And spa. what spa? I can go on and on about how horrible this place is but can’t seem to think of one thing i liked about that place! If your looking for somewhere to live don’t visit this place even if your desperate! I have to say they give a great first impression but I promise you will regret it!
