Tres Amigos World Imports

Amazing service and beautiful furniture. I could not be happier with my purchases! I bought several pieces. All were delivered with care and expertise. I could not believe the service, especially Anna who called me when she thought a piece I was looking for would fit with my other purchases. The furniture looks fantastic in my home, it is very solid and just amazing. The entire staff was wonderful, caring, enthusiastic and knew their product. I would recommend buying there above all other furniture stores. The wood is wonderful, unique and looks just beautiful. The customer service is incredible!

Beautiful, vibrant southwestern, Mexican and cowboy style furniture and décor. I can spend hours here– there are so many things I’d love to get, I just don’t have the space for it all!
The furniture is very solid, and will last a lifetime if cared for properly. I bought my dining set here and it’s simply gorgeous. I couldn’t have found a better table for my style/​home.
Every Time I come I get swept away in the décor. I just love all the colorful pottery and the Día de Muertos things they have, as well as the super cool metal animal grills and statues that are usually out front. It’s a lovely store and I’m definitely a fan.

Love all the great bargains! Our furniture in our house has been purchased from here! My office desk is also a Tres Amigos purchase! Looking forward to getting a bar and a dining room table this year!

Just an update… It is now days away from February (I ordered in November) and I STILL do not have the table.

I hope to be able to amend this review later today, but my wife and I wandered around the store for over half an hour yesterday, NO ONE greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. Had they done so, I might have spent hundreds. I’m going to shop again today and, if they’ll deliver the bed we want TODAY – without charging for delivery – we’ll do business. Terrific selection. Prices are waaaaaaaaaaay high, but they have some terrific sales.

I went to Tres Amigos for small ceramic tiles that I was planning on making into coasters for gifts. I liked the selection, colors, etc., and the price for these tiles was very good.
After picking out my tiles, which took quite awhile since I was getting a lot of them and some were chipped, warped, etc., I went to check out. The lady who helped me took forever to ring up the tiles after making a bunch of mistakes, and she seemed to be confused as to what to do in general. I wasn’t sure if she was new to the job or what was going on, but it was a bit frustrating to wait at least a half hour to check out.
Despite my fairly poor customer service experience, I’m giving Tres Amigos 4 stars for a few reasons. First, the tiles turned out to be great, and they were cheap for what I got. Second, customer service issues don’t generally bother me too much, and I like to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, having worked in retail myself and understanding some of the issues associated with customer service. Last, some friends of mine own Tres Amigos furniture, which is fantastic from what I’ve seen. I love the rustic look and the overall furniture design you can get from this place. I’ve never bought any of the furniture myself, but I was impressed with the showroom at this location, and the furniture looked very nice.

Tres Amigos (despite the name, items come from everywhere) is a fun furniture/​oddity store to visit. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with their sales, with frequent HUGE discounts on the items. Bought some uniques, including an intricately-​carved wooden wall-​hanging sculpture thingy, along with some really big mirrors.
Selection includes decorative accessories for inside and out, but the real finds are the unique items they carry. Best way to describe it is one-​of-​a-​kind finds. I find that odd for a chain to carry items like that, but you wont hear any complaints from me!
My last note is about the gentlemen that work in the back packing up your purchases. These guys are champs, and are VERY generous with packaging; they legitimately care about in what shape the item will be when it gets to your house. We managed to fit a full-​length mirror inside a Honda Fit with the trunk open and we had more padding than we had mirror. I was duly impressed. Keep up the good work, guys!

I love Tres Amigos, We bought a huge mirror that is 4ft by 6ft and got a really good deal since everything is the store was 30% off! We also bought a nice TV and video game stand there. I love the spanish Hacienda look, so this is a great place to shop for that.
Staff is very friendly and they know where everything is in the store!
