Tumbleweeds Health Center

Omg I feel so bad for the troubles people have had in other reviews I’ve read. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Tumbleweeds and the Doctor is very good and listened to what I had to say. I haven’t gotten my card yet but I fear I’m going to run into a snag somehow. I’m supposed to get it in two weeks by mail. I already had a problem with my paperwork from snap concerning my food stamps so to avoid anymore setbacks i just paid the extra 75 dollars to avoid the stress. I hope It goes smoothly now and I will update this review as soon as I know how it turns out.

Yay Tumbleweeds! Staff is very helpful and friendly. I’m new to this whole thing and they explained everything to me thoroughly. Processing my paperwork went flawlessly and I got my card with no issues. The doctor that works here is kind and helpful with any condition you may have. They are very professional and take your health concerns and privacy seriously. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a professional place to get certified.

Staff was very pleasant, unfortunately I had a new girl who processed my paperwork. The owner reviewed it to make sure it was correct and they submitted it. Got an email from the State saying that my SNAPS card doesn’t have my name on it, so I got the paperwork and delivered it to their office. They re-​submitted my paperwork with the card again instead of the paperwork I had brought them, and two weeks later received a call from the State advising me of the same. I proceeded to call and email them, with no response. They had decided I was the one in the wrong so they would not bother to return my calls or answer my emails. After a couple weeks of cat and mouse I finally got the owner on the phone and the first words out of her mouth where, «if you don’t have the proper paperwork, you should just pay the entire $ 150 fee.». When I was finally allowed to talk, and explain what had happened, I had to resubmit the paperwork, because they couldn’t be bothered to look for it. I have given them several opportunities to apologize, or refund the processing fee, which they obviously didn’t earn, but to this date nothing.

I visited the website and made sure I brought the recommended medical records and my ID. Dr Taylor was very helpful and informative as was the Tumbleweeds staff!
They took care of everything! I’m a newbie and they held my hand and double and rechecked everything! Super professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I’m so glad I came in here!

Very knowledgeable, very helpful staff see to your medical needs with caring and concern. The office is clean and relaxing, and the MD on site is amazing. Cheapest medical certs in town! Great location, easy to find and well signed.
If you need a MMJ Doctor, this is THE place to go!
