Domino’s Pizza

I think they deserve 3.5 stars but Unilocal doesn’t allow that… I’m not a huge dominos fan, but I’ll call and get it when there is really nothing else to go for. The workers are usually pretty nice ppl. One time I called and the guy was overly kind which kinda creeped me out but I think he had innocent intentions behind it lol! They haven’t gotten my order wrong yet (thank God! Lol). What ppl say about the employees using their bare hands is true… Pretty nasty but nothing we can do about that… Lol except not eat their food??? Lol. But I’m good with dominos on a day that I don’t want to leave the house or have some ppl over. They are reliable, their pizza tastes pretty good (considering they added the garlic crust), and typically their delivery is quick.
Sooooo why 3 stars and not 5? Well I’ve had situations where they have taken like 45 mins to deliver a pizza. That’s pretty insane. The fact that they use bare hands and not gloves… Those two just did it for me. Like I said, I would give 3.5 stars, but I can’t. Lol
Would I recommend dominos??? I guess.

Dominos is one of my favorite places to order from, not only are they open late, one of the delivery guys has been delivering to me since I was a kid & I remember him always being so nice & a really cool delivery guy! Tonight I had a really cool delivery guy who really knows how to let you trust that the person delivering your pizza actually cares if it’s made right and things aren’t forgotten. I will keep ordering :)
(they forget the sauce sometimes so just remind them in the special instructions part but other than that, they’re great. i order all the time)

We always order Gluten Free pizzas and they are delish and always made the way we order them! Service is always speedy as promised! They never fail. Thanks, Dominoes! :) A+++++

This place lacks communication, and customer service seems to be close to nonexistent.
I wanted to send a pizza home to my roommate, but I wasn’t sure if me not being there would be an issue considering most places and ask for card imprints. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman, and I explained the situation. I asked if it would be okay to pay by phone and send pizza to my house without providing my card. The gentleman on the phone nonchalantly said «yeah sure, no problem, it’s fine.» I assume he said this because I’ve ordered so many times before (about once every other week). My phone number and address have never changed.
Long story short, it turned into 5 phone calls between my roommate, the driver, and the manager about how the driver refused to leave the pizza because the payment card wasn’t present. That would be fine had I not been told otherwise. My roommate was pissed, I was pissed (and in LA traffic), and was given a half ass apology. They also insisted the driver left the pizza and didn’t want to reimburse me… Which doesn’t make any sense considering the problem from the beginning was that they didn’t want to leave it BECAUSE the card wasn’t present.
Shit customer service, no pizza, no genuine apology or reason for the misunderstanding, and no refund.

This is thee WORST dominos I’ve ever been too. Multiple times I’ve received the wrong order and I’ve let it slide. Finally, the last time they messed up .they gave me 1 free fettuccine bowl/​coupon attached he’d with my number, for the next time I called. So I called today, informed the lady that I get 1 free bowl… not only was she pissed about giving away free food but was also very rude. Will not be coming back. Service is terrible thanks to Maribel. :(

I enter the store to pick up my pizza. In the corner, you see a man preparing dough with his bare hands. (hmm?) He turns around when he sees you, slaps his hands together to wipe off the flour and heads over. Before he reaches the counter, he pinches his nose and pushes his glasses up. (uh?!) He then punches on a crusty little keyboard that’s straight out of the 90s. (Wait a minute) A call comes in — he picks up. At this point, I’m thinking of all the germs that have gone into my pizza. I ask him if they’re supposed to use gloves while preparing the food and he says «we wash our hands before making the pizza.» Why do I have such a hard time believing that? And the pizza was extremely oily and flat and didn’t have that pillowy goodness that we’re used to with Domino’s. I will increase my rating but if there is a major improvement in this store’s hygienic and sanitation practices.

Great speedy customer service. Every time I go Jose helps me out only reason why I keep going back.

The quality has recently gotten a lot better. They havent been forgetting my dips so thats always a plus. Ordering online is easy and they always have good coupons. The pizza arrives hot and delivery is usually fast.

Late delivery is great. Phone order was very polite and pleasant. Delivery man was awesome! Pizza was fine. Hot wings are breaded. I prefer they are not. Pretty good for the value. I recommend.

Real bad customer service. Don’t even pick up there phone. Extremely rude and inappropriate behavior with customers. Will NEVER eat here or recommend this dump to anybody.

Average dominos. Nothing special. I’ve had a few errors in my order in the past but it’s a fine place when you want pizza

They were trying to rip me off… Asked for a special 1 large pizza with 3 toppings which was 7.99. Guy gave me a total of $ 18. I said it want the one on special… 2^nd guy came Total was $ 14.
…guys I want $ 7.99 pizza why are you charging me more… 3^rd guy said we didn’t put the coupon in the system.
Did they apologized? I couldn’t hear. I canceled the order after they gave me the total. Which was $ 8 something.
Youngsters. Learn the prices and customer service.

I like this location a lot. They’re fast, the pizza is always hot and tasty, and the delivery drivers are always super nice and personable. Over the 18 years I’ve lived in the area, they’ve messed up my order twice and each time they not only made it right, they gave me extra food and treats to make up for it (one time they brought me a fresh order AND refunded me — amazing!). Love these guys!

I don’t often review major chain spots since, well… most are chains because of their already large following and popularity. But even then, not all locations are created equally.
With that said, I haven’t had an issue with this particular Domino’s yet. In fact, they’ve been solid on every order I’ve made this last year. I don’t eat here terribly often, but if a buddy of mine wants to share a quick dinner or we have a party coming up, Domino’s has become a decent go-​to for good pizza. No, they’re never going to knock you off your feet with quality or taste. But they’ve made some awesome strides with their pies in the last couple years.
As for this location, every staff member who’s helped me on an order has been 100% all the way. The pizzas are always made quickly and I’ve never had a problem with topping, sauce or cheese portions. They’ve made each order to specification, and they don’t burn the crust or the bottom of the pie. Pro tip: I usually place my orders online because it’s just too easy. Presently, you don’t even need to provide a credit card online if that spooks you (at checkout, you can just select the ‘cash’ option and pay upon delivery/​pickup). To date, all my pizzas have turned out hot and fresh, and I’ve rarely waited longer than 10 – 12 minutes for a single order. In fact, after I place my order, I try to be out the door and on my way quickly for carry-​out specials because they’ll have my pizza good and done before I even arrive for pickup! These guys are on top of things at this store, and I’m glad to have them for my local Domino’s.
I noticed the less-​than-​positive reviews before mine, and they go back as much as a few years. Domino’s hasn’t always been the best on quality, but I’ve really loved their comeback. Give this place another shot if you’ve previously had a lackluster experience. I can’t speak for everyone, but I can say I’m more than happy to continue giving this place my business for any quick pizza fix.

The last few times that I’ve had pizza from this location, it’s not very good. The crust has been overly salty and they have been skimpy with the sauce. It’s a little disappointing because I used to LOVE their pizza.

My room mates and I order online from this Dominos because its within walking distance. We order online and every time, our order is made on time but theres also been many times when the order isn’t correct. The last time, we even had to get a refund. :[ But they’re friendly enough here and they’re conveniently located so close to us that, when we crave pizza and don’t feel like driving, this is where we order from.
