Unilocal keeps bringing this contractor up for me to review since I contacted him for an estimate through their messaging app.
I don’t know, he never answered me. His website seems legit though and I’m convinced he’d have done a good job. But again, who knows?
All I got served was an invisible bowl of silence.

Wayne is a licensed general contractor whom my bother and I have used over the last few years. He is very knowledgeable, and he answers our technical questions patiently and clearly. His work is of excellent quality, his rates are fair, and he is a pleasure to deal with.
