Five Guys Burgers and Fries

A quality burger and fries, but sadly an hour wait for literally one hamburger and one order of fries. Not acceptable… The first and last time I take my boys to this establishment!

The food is alright my fries seem to always be cold. My burger tasted really good. I wish the cook time wasn’t so long. It’s as long as a sit down burger restaurant like red robin. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant though!

Great experience, great people, AMAZING FOOD, fries are a little salty to be honest but from there, they’re burgers are big, juicy and amazing !

If you’re going to charge $ 17.50 for a burger and fries it had better be pretty magical, sorry to say it’s really not.

This was my first time having five guys and I loved it. Everything in the Tukwila location was very clean and attended to. Everyone was very friendly and quick to the orders, while still giving it care. I like that there are no gimmicks it’s just a great burger, fry, and milkshake joint.
I had a cheeseburger with a small fry and Oreo milkshake. The milkshake was exceptional and the fries even though a small were definitely a lot. I loved how the cheeseburger came in foil even though it was just freshly prepared. It made it feel more down to earth. At the same tome while waiting I enjoyed looking at the magazine and newspaper shoutouts for them and their business.
I had a great first experience with five guys and would definitely come back. Thank you Five Guys — Tukwila!

Not sure why this location is rated so low, but you would think the food is the same at any location. Service was great. Friendly staff. Food was amazing, as always. Great bargain and good quality for burgers and fries.

If I could I would give it a 4 star. I Think five guys is awesome for a high-​end burger joint. I have been to a lot of five guys and they are usually always cleaner then this one. They need to work on their cleanliness as hard as they work on their burgers. I love the Cajun fries and the quantity of them when I order a large. I’ve been to some five guys where I would give them five stars. But this one needs to work on the peanut shells all over the floors and cleaning the tables a lot faster. Food wise it is awesome! Super delicious. But isn’t cleanliness close to godliness?

The bacon cheeseburger was very good! I was already full with my first two bites. The fries were really good, the guy gave us a ton of them! I like that they have the digital Coca-​Cola machine that has a ton of options.
The girl at the counter was quite nice, and quite attractive too. Maybe I should have asked for her number.
Anyways, I had a great burger and great time with my friends and would come back next time we’re all home from college.

I’m not sure if it was just this location but coming here i probably won’t be returning. Coming in I wasn’t acknowledged and they didn’t really seem to want to help me. I ordered the cheese burger with fries, It was disappointing because I have heard from friend’s that the burgers here were really good but my burger was cold, they didn’t warm or grill the bun. I could admit the fries were good, and the cook even gave me a little extra so it overflowed in the cup. The price of the burger’s here i would say is overpriced I could pay less in many places for better burgers.

I like five guys, sooo much better than red robins!
Hot dogs and burgers are both soooo good! my brother really likes their grilled cheese.
If you get a small burger its with one patty, a big burger its with 2 patties, size of burger is the same, which is good to know!
I usually get their regular fries, small. Their fries are good, and the best part is the pour an extra cup for you everytime, so i always get a small because thats more than enough for at least 3 people.

As another Unilocaler has pointed out, the vegetarian sandwich is really just a burger minus the patty and it’s really disappointing. What makes it even more disappointing is knowing that there’s 15 grams of fat and a whopping 1040mg of sodium in this craptastic sandwich. That plus the high price make this a terrible, terrible deal.
Service was surprisingly slow considering they weren’t all that busy and it’s supposed to be fast food. To their credit the service was very friendly, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
My heart goes out to anyone who ordered bacon on their burger — it was very obviously burnt and I watched it be served anyway. Gross! Can we maybe have some higher standards?

I’ve drove by Five Guys in federal way so many times and have always wanted to try it. I was shopping at Nordstrom Rack and saw five guys so I thought why not try it today.
The customer service was decent. And the food came out at a reasonable time. I really liked the fact that this burger place makes it when you order it so it’s really fresh. The hamburger that I got was good and would definitely come back again.
The reason why I gave it a 3 star and not a 5 star even though I had no problems here, I thought their prices were a little overpriced. But idk that’s just me!

I always love Five Guys and this location was really nice! I don’t know if it was cos it was the holiday weekend but it wasn’t very full like the one at the Landing and there was lots of room. It was a bit dirty though — I found a half eaten patty on the floor by my feet.

I got the vegetarian «sandwich». Their menu calls it a sandwich, but it’s not. It’s pretty much a burger without meat patty. I was hoping for real bread, but it’s on a hamburger bun. I should have asked, but the name is misleading. 1 water and 1 «sandwich» $ 6+.
It was not tasty at all.
On a positive note, people that work there are nice.

I am very familiar with 5 Guys and have eaten at a variety of locations around the Seattle area and would give them a 4 – 5 star, best burgers around. It is this location that is getting 1 star.
Last night my daughter had a late craving so we pop down to the Tukwila 5 Guys about an hour before closing. I am going to assume they had someone new or inexperienced on the grill because we got the worst hamburgers we ever had from a 5 Guys. The meat was like that of McDonald’s, an overcooked thin little patty. It wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese or mayo, mustard, ketchup condiments. We both ate 3 – 4 bites and threw it out. I will go the extra miles to Renton next time.

Been here several times since they have opened and I’m a huge fan. I’m so happy there’s one here in tukwila so I don’t have to drive all the way to renton for five guys!
The service is great. Definitely has improved since they opened. It’s always so clean lately… Used the bathroom and it smelled completely sanitized. Just a nice atmosphere with oldie songs playing, and the cooks and cashiers yelling and having fun. You know it’s a good place when the workers are happy haha.
I always get the cheeseburger all the way/​with everything. You can let them know if you want one patty or two. Pick and choose what you want in your burger. Burgers are big and very filling and the fries are always freshly made! If you look on a whiteboard near the cashier, you can always see where their potatoes came from that day and it’s always local. A place that uses local ingredients is something you always gotta admire! The fries come in huge portions, too! Get a regular size if you’re sharing with one or two other people. Large can definitely serve four or five.
As for the burgers, the ingredients are always fresh. I’ve never had a soggy tomato or wilted lettuce leafs. They use good cheese, and you can always taste the true-​meat taste in the patty, which is one of the reason why I enjoy this place so much. Very good quality burgers.
If they served milkshakes… Game over.

How can you not love 5 guys! I was so excited to find one so close to me!!!
Great amount of parking, easy to find a huge clean dinning area.
Just like all the other 5 guys this one is the exactly the same. Complementary peanuts, the walls covered with articles about how great they are. Love the sign telling you where the potatoes for their fries come from! Supporting local farms!
As for the burgers I love that it’s fast food you can customize at no extra charge! Great price for what you get. The burgers are by no means a fancy gourmet burger but still amazing! So many good options for toppings. Their fries are amazing! And they don’t skimp on the portions!
This place gets crowded around lunch time but ordering goes quick and the food comes out pretty quick.
Will definitely be back!!!

We’ve been to the Renton location a couple times and knew what to expect from the food from this chain… Burgers are good, but I prefer other places… I must admit the customer service at this location is very good though… regular burger is double patty too

Everyone has been to 5 Guys and knows their food is the same everywhere, so I won’t talk about the food, but what I appreciate about this location is the friendly service.
We went for lunch today and the girl working at the front counter was so kind and helpful. She greeted us with a warm welcome and seemed genuinely interested in how we were doing. We ordered burgers and Cajun fries, and she even came over after we got our food to make sure everything came out ok.
The inside of the restaurant was kept clean and stocked and we will most definitely come back to this location! Thanks for the excellent service!

Just as great as any Five Guys’ location I have visited.
In terms of the restaurant, this one might actually be the best with how large the dining area is. IT’S HUGE. Plenty of room to find a table and scarf down your burger and fries.
If I need my Five Guys fix and am in the Southcenter area, then you know I will be stopping here.
