Graffi T’s

The people at the store were wonderful from the moment we walked in. I brought a thumb drive with a rough draft of what I wanted and they worked with me to create a great t-​shirt. I was in a hurry to get them and they called right away when they discovered that it would take longer to get a particular color in time. There probably still would have been enough time to get them to me by the due date, but I opted to go with colors they had on hand. I appreciated that they took the time to call me and let me know instead of waiting until I came to pick them up and then telling me. We used the shirts for a 5K fund-​raiser and the team loved the shirts. Thank you Saima and Sethra for helping our team be ready.

This is in regards to the Southcenter location. I’m amazed. That is all that I could say after my first visit.
I mentioned that I saw them in the mall to a buddy. After having a very detailed sticker done he said he was very happy with the work quality and the efficiently it was done with. When it was time to have my custom logo turned into a stack of stickers I stopped by the store. The lady greeting me (the owner/​manager) was incredibly friendly and personable. I emailed her a picture of the logo and instantly she had it on the computer and said it would be no problem. I wanted a special vinyl that she didn’t have in stock but that also was no problem. She gave me the price of the sticker then I told her I wanted to start with a dozen or so, this also was no problem and she went as far as making me a great deal. I asked her when I should pick them up, she told me two days! Two days to order the vinyl and do the work! So now I go to pick them up… They are perfect, she is awesome (seriously, she is fun to work with) price is great. Really, amazed. I guess they are moving out of the mall at the end of the month but it’s just across the road so they are in the same area.
I will be returning to have more work done. I will also be referring more friends.

I love getting my work done here. I have NEVER had a bad product come out of this studio (or the SouthCenter studio) and all of my work has been custom work. I have had the crew at this studio create over 10 custom pieces for me, as well as the shirts for the past 3 years for Vacation Bible School. The store manager is very personalable and strives to ensure that orders are done correctly and on-​time. All of the artists at the studio strive to ensure that the design is exactly what you want in style and coloring and personality. I LOVE USING THIS STUDIO!!!

I have one word! grrrrrrrrreat…I get my shirts done there all the time. good job!

I am the first might I add to make it widely known that Graffi T’s should not even be in business. My 14 year old niece wanted to get her sneakers custom painted mimicking the colors of the country she came from. The poor girl dropped it off the week after Christmas, paid the needed fee, and was told that the design she had in mind was impossible to create. Well obviously to each its own correct? And so she opted for his design suggestion being that he was the ARTIST. My niece entrusted in this business to produce a quality product similar to all the magnificent photos of prior master pieces the ARTIST has done prior. The individual never called nor deliver the product on the date promised at which we were very understanding HECK Christmas was just barely done with. So we gave the poor guy another four days. We still didn’t hear anything from him? My niece then requested that I call since I was some form of authority. I called the location and immediately was greeted by a lovely soon to ignore me manager. She told me that the item was done and that we can pick it up whenever we had a chance. My niece went in while I was at the near by Starbucks not nearly comprehending what I was going to experience in the next three minutes. A PLASTIC BAG WITH A PAIR OF $ 100 DOLLAR SHOES WITH AIRBRUSHED COLORS SPLATTERED ON IT AS IF A 2 YEAR OLD CARELESSLY DECIDED TO USE THE SHOES AS HIS CANVAS. The yellow part of the shoe was green due to the mixing of the blue and yellow. The edges of the shoe were smeared with blue paint. Enough said! I calmly walked to the manager and asked if she would wear the shoes herself and she replied, «We are not in good terms with the artist right now and no I don’t think he did a good job, I just thought she might like it.» MIGHT LIKE IT? Sure if she was blind. I ask for them to re-​due the shoes, this cycle of revisitation occured several more times and the fourth time I went back the shoes were still in the same condition. There is definitely more to the story but all in all the moral of this story is this: the business needs a visit from BBB.
