Employee, Iann, cursed my niece, 8 and 12 year old out while I was pumping gas. My 8 year old ran out to get me because he was very afraid. My niece tried explaining she wanted to pay half debit and half cash and he did not understand what she was trying to do and got frustrated. When I came in, I asked him was he cursing at the children and he said yes and all of you get out my store because I have another customer. My boys, myself and their father go to this store at least 3 – 4 times a week and the ladies are always gracious. Iann has just ruined the image of Jacksons! Shame on him for not being able to deal with children and cursing them out.

The people are friendly and it’s a convenient location. The prices seem comparable to other similar stores and the place is clean. My only complaint is about the coffee. Its expensive and not good. I went in there this morning and they charged me for creamer. Evidently they didn’t make enough off the coffee so they had to charge me 30 cents for creamer. Good thing they didn’t know I put 2 splendas in. I can only imagine what that would cost They made 30 cents off me, but I’ll never shop there again.

I have always gone to these food marts and just moved to the area. Anthony and the blonde guy are always super nice and friendly and I love coming in when they are working. Unfortunately, every time I have come in and this kid Ian is working, the service is terrible and he makes my visit unpleasant and difficult. I will not be returning to this location as long as he works there. I was a regular customer and came in at least four times a week and bought cigarettes, along with several other snacks most times. This kid(he has black hair and is an «emo» for lack of a better term). I wish I could continue to shop there since it is the most convenient location, but because of Ian I now am forced to go out of my way to 7 – 11, and since there isn’t a gas station at this particular one, to get gas at a separate location as well. My boyfriend can’t stand the kid either. Way to go Ian! You lost your store two loyal customers as well as a good 50 – 100 dollars a week. Can’t believe you are able to keep a customer service position.

Just like, feels like, smells like any other food store adjoined to gas pumps. Differences? Hmm, might have slightly more variety with select products over my recollection of previous other visits elsewhere. I got some Tim’s Luau, Riceworks Gourmet Salsa Fresca Chips, and a Honey Roasted Peanut. Seems pretty decent and in a fairly safer and nicer area. o.0 Dude says $ 10 max cash back, even though you have to manually punch the amount in.
