Worst Internet possible. My Internet has been down for two weeks and when I first called no one knew what I was talking about. Now two weeks out they decide to send a tech to look at it. Avoid this business if you can.

The worst internet service company that I have ever had.
Internet is super slow and their customer service is really bad.
I called their customer service few days ago when I was having problem with the internet connection. I talked to three different guys, and they all told me that it is not their problem that my computer is not receiving any internet connection when I could clearly see a red light blinking on the modem. And when I called to disconnect the service, this lady gave me super attitude. I’m surprised that company like this is still doing business. If you need an internet service, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
