This property management company is fraudulent stay away. We hired them to manage our rental and signed a one year contract. During that time they were very aggressive with our long term tenants. After they evicted them they brought in new tenants, who we think were someone they knew.
They do not look out for the owner’s interest. They protected these new tenants and had us constantly fix things although we had remodeled the house after they evicted the long term tenants. During the year of their tenancy we did not receive any rental payments because something always needed to be fixed or something had suddenly broke and was deducted from our rent. The companies they hired to do the «work» did not perform professional work. They installed mismatched fixtures, the tenants ruined the carpet and did not take it out of their security payment. I could go on and on, but wanted to make sure others know to stay away.
