We have used Rescom for over 20 years and I believe we have had only 4 service tecks. Randy has been our service technician for well over 7-​years and we know that whatever he does has eliminated any issues. Prior to Rescom, we use one national and two regional ones who were fired for one reason, they lied about their services.
Not an issue with Rescom.
